Best managed Starbucks I've encountered, and they consistently clean their equipment, which is what I have found is NEEDED at ALL Starbucks stores. Their drinks are clearly the best I've had in my Starbucks relationship, and I've never had a bad experience or drink that wasn't top-notch. Other stores need to follow what this location is doing in every aspect. I can't say enough good things about this place.
Dont eat just drink coffeess, and they are always good and delicious.

The staff always seems so upset, never happy to see someone walk in. My drink is nothing but wipe cream and ice, thus is the third time i have had problems with this place. I will not be coming back anymore.

I ordered a coffee for pick up online and twice in a row they've been off. I get the Apple Crisp Oatmilk Shaken Espresso, and I don't know what syrup they put in it, but it definitely wasn't the right one. I didn't have the time to ask them to remake

This is review number Maestro or Maestra a few notes on the piano if you please, Three, Sahm, for this Roseville or Rose Ville of Starbucks! The guy from Sacramento hotel takes me all over Roseville or Rose Ville, the hotel knows I needing Child Friendly! Today he take me to this Starbucks! Now on an email I get message order any breakfast sandwich and something call Herbal Tea, get an extra thirty stars! He gets his pumpkin loaf, I get a sausage sandwich and something call Ice Passion Tea! Now being Asian, I not used to cold flavor teas, the gentleman helping us very patient to describe! I order the sausage sandwich and this Ice Passion Tea! It looks pink in color! Not too sweet thank goodness! As our former Governator says, if had chance, I WILL BE BACK! Yes, Governator!
Do not place mobile food orders here! Twice recently I've placed a mobile order for food items, only to get to the store and realize they're out. Fine, no biggie, I understand that happens. The issue is with the refund process. The first one supposedly went back on my debit card, but I never got it. Last week, the cashier asked me to refund it through the app and surprise, surprise, I never got that one either. So they've essentially ripped me off twice. Save yourself the trouble and go to another location.

Pro's first: staff are 80% great. Con's and it is a big one... they have a terrible time keeping their brewed coffee HOT. Who wants cold to warm coffee that is supposed to be served one way --- HOT. The ONLY reason I go there is it is the closest coffee shop, otherwise I wouldn't go.
