Second time I tried buying coffee at this Starbucks. Both times the barista ignored me and started cleaning and washing dishes. I waited for 15 mins the first time, not even a "I'll be right with you" the entire time before I left. This time I waited about 5 mins before I left. Its the worst customer service I've ever seen. Just close the place down if you're not willing to serve coffee.

This afternoon my husband went to the Safeway on sunrise and Cirby. It was announced around 2:00 p.m. this afternoon that their computer system went down and everything had to be paid by cash. He was already in line with his groceries and he looked at his wallet and had $215.00. his grocery bill came up to $218.38. Monica, his checker, opened up her purse and pulled out $3.38 to complete his transaction. Safeway should be very proud to have employees like Monica. My husband thanks you very much Monica. We will definitely pay it forward. Good job Safeway in hiring wonderful people.

The staff at Safeway in Roseville off Cirby and Sunrise are amazing. I stopped by to check out some flowers and my son brought with him a small ball of aluminum foil. I was looking at prices and deciding what I should do for a future wedding event. My son loses his aluminum foil ball that he started working on at school and was trying to make it as big as a basketball. It was too high for us to retrieve. My son is 11 years old and he is in junior high. We were not sure if we were going to be able to get it back because it was in an area that required a ladder. A very tall ladder. My son was in a huge panic and was crying because his teacher seen this aluminum ball that he started and had told him if he were to make this ball into the size of a basketball she would make him cookies. My son was very upset over this little ball. Tony and Kristen came to the rescue in the flower department. Tony kept my son very calm and explain to him everything will be okay and reassured him that they were going to help him. Kristen reassured him as she ran in snatched a ladder and produce employee Joseph. Joseph grabbed the ladder and helped Kristen retrieve this little aluminum foil ball that was about the size of a baseball. they could tell how upset he was. It was the team effort that really made us feel at home with this location. They all reassured my son that everything will be okay. They retrieved the ball and Joseph even went out of his way to buy my son Isaiah a whole roll of aluminum foil out of his own pocket money. It is moments like these that make our hearts grow. This is our number one Safeway. I will recommend you guys to all of our family and friends because it's the experience that you guys give us. Thank you guys again. Staff is extremely rude, are you Starbucks employees or Safeway. Acted extremely irritated they had to make 2 coffees, then mimicked my wife's order, she's 9 months pregnant and has to make sure it's decaf, and if you act rude like that people are going to repeat their orders to make sure you got them correctly. Starbucks should fire you cause business probably isn't great in Safeway Starbucks to begin with and now I'll never go back there. 12/21/2021 at 0730 am, Merry Xmas!
