Was given dairy when asked for almond milk. Was my final straw with Starbucks officaly done...

My drink was taste awful

Absolutely the worst Starbucks I have ever been to I had to throw the drink away. I got my regular drink which is an oatmilk express and I add cold foam on top. it was so bad the filled the entire cup with cold foam, there was zero milk and like a shot of expresso I have never seen anything like it.

These baristas make this place great! I went in to order, and the man behind the counter asked politely, "How's it going?" as a welcome and began to take my order, I replied, "I've had better days, " trying not to unload or break down. Garrett was very professional when I detailed my order to him and scanned my phone without being told my total and after the beep he said very nonchalantly "your drink is on me" I was taken back by the gratitude! For him, it was a simple pay it forward moment, but for me, it meant SO much. This man had no clue but my car was broken into the night before on my son's 2nd birthday while we were at a restaurant for his birthday dinner so having that kind gesture was what made my day, week, hell even month! Keep it up sir you are the good this world needs. Thank you for uplifting my spirit!

Great customer service

Parking: If u opt for VIP parking (as much "in front" as u can get) *GooDLuCK* a few limited spaces "in front," with surrounding businesses (2)Banks, Cold Stone, StarBYs; So, needless to say, a steady flow of traffic, all day & night.. front spot?.. it's all about timing & luck.. The good news is; if you don't get the front spot, there's actually an entire lot to choose from.. ;)
