I ordered an extra hot coffee, but it was barely warm—closer to room temperature. When I brought it up, the baristas insisted it was already extra hot, which made me feel like I was making it up. I asked them to check, and only then did they offer to remake it (though they said it would take a while). Thankfully, they did remake it right away.
I’ve ordered “extra hot” at Starbucks across Asia, Europe, and the U.S., and this was by far the coldest version I’ve ever received. On top of that, the baristas seemed like the most unhappy team I’ve ever encountered. A little kindness would’ve gone a long way.

Only stop here if you have a LOT of time to spare... I've never seen a Starbucks so well staffed and under efficient. Simple drinks took ages. And they still got my order wrong. But I was in too much of a hurry to go back and have them fix it.

I'm curious as to why the drink I always order from this specific store consistently tastes bland and different from what I used to. Usually, the espresso should stay at the bottom, but it hasn't been that way. It doesn't seem worth the $8.75 I pay for it. I specifically told the barista that it's not prepared correctly, but she kept insisting that it is. It really messed up my day, lol.

This store is pretty busy, but the staff is dedicated. I especially appreciate Lauren who works there, she always makes people feel welcomed, and makes the drinks fast and efficiently!

It may be the world’s biggest coffee chain, but this location operates pretty much like a local joint. It's close to home, just a short walk. The servers are friendly, and the place is usually crowded. I like to sit at the outdoor tables with my dog at my feet. Starbucks offer some good treats to go along with their fine coffee.

Hated their new coffee called the Gavin Newsom special. It's extra bitter. They say it's got lots of healthy ingredients but it's a lie. Just like the left wing wackos. It's bitter and full of lies.
