I do like starbucks but I wish they wouldn't ask or assume they need a tip. The customer's drive there and wait in long lines and use our own gas so how and why would they think a tip is an option

Worse Starbucks I’ve been to for a while now. Bunch of clueless people at the drive through. Both the guy and girl at 3:30pm today. Rude and no thinking skills.

This was how my venti drink was delivered. I even took a picture of the top to show I hadn't taken a sip yet. Apparently based on other reviews this seems to be common at this location. It's a bummer when you spend $7 on a drink and this is what you get. I've never had this at any other starbucks location.

The manager talked me out of a bad review last time but I just can't anymore. The girls working at this location are extremely rude, rush you, and use being busy and understaffed as their excuse as to why they are rude to all. Rose in particular is CRAZY!! she seems to have some sort of anger/mental issues and/or on drugs. Her energy is very high and pure evil. I will be contacting their owner regarding her behavior and her actions multiple times now. Please go to any other starbies but this one

I pulled up in my car 5/24 at 6pm after a really bad day and I do smoke which is legal in my car by myself and the drive through lady starts yelling at me how I can't smoke and its law! I said okayyy well sorry I'm in my own car, she gives me big attitude and makes a guy give me my drinks... I have been going to starbucks since mid 90s and NEVER had this amount of attitude ever! Very disappointed... policy is fine but have some decor.

Worst customer service experience I’ve received at a Starbucks. One of the managers got my order wrong twice and gave me nothing but horrible attitude. Talked down to me and treated me like a child, and finally when I got the right drink it came completely clumpy and half of the venti cup was foam. It’s an iced Matcha. Im very not happy with my experience, her name was Natalia. Do better Starbucks
