Ordered a tall medium roast with 1 cream, 1 sugar, a complimentary birthday breakfast sandwich, an egg bite, and warm water with lemon. The cashier was friendly enough, but certainly didn't listen to what was ordered. What I got was a complimentary grande coffee with no cream or sugar, breakfast sandwich at full price, an egg bite, half water/ half lemonade! in a plastic cup. To get the order straight with appropriate charges and discounts was another 5 minutes involving the supervisor twice. Even though the order and charges were still not right, we decided to take further issue wasn't worth the trouble. Employees assume that you know which coffee is mild, medium, and dark roast and that everyone uses the app. Won't be going back there again.

Wow. Terrible experience. It took forever. They made my drink wrong. And when I finally got the right drink it tasted like dirty bath water. Completely un-drinkable. Lackluster service. The nicest thing I could say is I liked the sink.
