Waited for 10 minutes in the drive through for a sandwich and drink. Got to the window and tried to pay them with a $50.00 bill, which was all I had on me at the time. The girl at the drive through asked me if I had another form of payment and I told her I did not. She then told me she didn't have change which would have been $40.00. I asked her if she could go get some change from another till.She was confused at this request and went to get the Shift Supervisor, Erica. Erica then came over to the window and told me it is against Starbucks policy to go into the safe and get change. She also explained to me that they drop $20.00 in a lock box per transaction. She refused to take the $20.00 out in change from the box and I had to leave without my drink and sandwich.A few things to point out here...1. How is it the customers responsibility to bring the form of payment you are comfortable with?2. If your a Shift Supervisor do something to make it right such as take your key and take two twenty's out of the lockbox, or go get change from another til and pay it back, or give me the drink for free since you have to now through it away. You wasted company money and provided terrible customer service. Lastly, she tells me No worries.Very poor customer service here. Be aware if you want to pay in cash, you may not be able to and could be sent away with nothing by people they choose to be Management.

I would appreciate that when I ask for Honey in my Americano that you don’t substitute it with Hazelnut. It is not the same thing and your Baristas are taking a shortcut ! Completely unacceptable when coffee costs that much now and we spend so much everyday in mobile orders! Now will have to drive back and get it corrected. Starbucks is taking too many shortcuts and will not be able to make this a priority anymore. Pete’s does not take shortcuts when making its coffees !

I've come to this Starbucks almost 2-3 a week since it opened and consider myself a frequent customer. Firstly, I want to say Jocelyn and Kari are the BEST. But today, sadly, I have to post this 1 star review because consistently I've had horrible customer service from Sofia and Portia. I normally write only positive reviews but today I had it! Portia and Sofia consistently have awful customer service, and Portia's attitude is insufferable. I asked for my egg bites to be extra crispy, they weren't. I asked Sofia to please re-do them, and she gave me an attitude and said she already cooked them the way I asked. Then Portia came over to help her and my husband and I heard them laughing and talking about us. I reported this to Erika the manager on site. Needless to say, will not be coming here anymore. Too many incidents of awful customer service, a lost art it seems.

Good place %70 of time(despite long lines). %30 of time they mess up your order somehow :/-Had to edit this review because they always keep messing up a simple order. Thought initially just simple honest mistakes, but now it’s just incompetency from this place. I ordered a coffee frapp, waited 20 minutes in the drive thru, only to be met with a mocha frap. When told it wasn’t a coffee frap they removed the whipped cream and sent me on my way. They will take shortcuts to get by.

I tend to get drinks with a few mods (nothing difficult) usually just extra shots or a specific milk. It's honestly the color of my drink I look at and I can usually tell just by looking at it it's made to my standards (I swear I'm not always this picky, I just like what I like) Emily has always been a pleasure when I've come in the handful of times. She's super nice and has an upbeat personality that's nice to see in the service industry!Thanks for always being so nice!
