Christmas morning, a $75 order and a large Christmas tip to the doordasher & this starbucks forgets to give the drinks. Not very attentive, especially to a large order. Extremely disappointing

I RARELY go to Starbucks, as they continue to get more and more woke. So apparently you now have to bye a drink to be able to stay in their lobby. I planned on being here for 2 hours+ to study, getting a drink mid-way. After 5 min, I get told I need to get a drink to stay in their lobby. So I get a drink, as frustrating as it was.
Not 2 mins later, they (Sami) gives a homeless guy two free drinks!! A there are no assumptions here, I literally heard her say “don’t worry, I got you”. And guess what, he was there longer than I was.
Unbelievable!! I’m officially done with Starbucks and will be spreading this like wild fire.

The drive-thru is not open 24 hours. I came by shortly after midnight today and was told that the drive-thru hours end at 11:30 p.m. There is no way to adjust the hours shown on Google, unfortunately.
Edited: maybe instead of responding to my review, Starbucks could take the time to present accurate information.

I was threatened with the police for using the bathroom for too long after paying for a drink which to my understanding that is acceptable.

I understand that everyone has their days, but it seems like the Baristas, Liz and Eric, have bad days everyday. Usually I go in here time to time- but when I go into OTHER Starbucks, they provide smiles and great energy in the mornings/afternoons… this one quickly ruins my day. This is absolutely the last resort to get my coffee. I hope these baristas are able to learn that a smile and being kind goes a long way…
On a good side note- Michelle is the such an amazing barista! Always attentive and always knows how to put a smile on a customers face for sure! Thank you Michelle for always being able to turn my day around when needed!
