The lady helped me name Karen, I showed her on the phone about some request I want to change on my drink. Not good attitude and will not come back here again when she is here. Marshall it’s the guys have very good customer service, will come back here if I see him

I asked for some extra Caramel in my Frappuccino and usually they do it for free this time they charged more for it and when it came out there was barely any caramel so I asked to put a little more on the side so I can put it in once I drink some of my Frappuccino and they gave me lots of attitude. Starbucks is usually pretty good about customer service but this particular one they didn't seem like they were happy to be there

To begin with I am not much of a Starbucks fan. However my daughter is and she asked me to bring her an oatmeal made with milk and brown sugar from Starbucks. They made the oatmeal, did not add the brown sugar nor send any with it. Daughter also said they are suppose to give a packet with cranberries, etc. She got nothing but some pasty oatmeal that was basically inedible. Like I said, I was not a fan to begin and am less of a fan now.
