Google said they were supposed to be open until 3:30 pm on Christmas, but they closed down at 2. There were multiple cars in the drive through, but they refused to take my order, just made me sit in the drive through line while everyone in front of me got served and then didn't even bother to open the window to tell me what was going on, just ignored me until I got tired of waiting and drove away. Terrible terrible customer service!!!

The team of baristas were so nice and welcoming to me and my baby! We got a little snack and sat outside on the lovely patio. While we were eating Simone and Julia were being extra proactive and cleaning the store inside and out! They go the extra mile to make sure this location is ready for customers to slow down and enjoy their visit!

This Starbucks goes crazy! They got everything- Shots, syrups, decaf, half-caf, all-caf and most of all spirt! They have an all star barista roster featuring some pretty heavy hitters- Jenna D., a no nonsense all-star with a heart of gold. She holds a 99.5% DAR(drink accuracy rating) for 2025 and looking to go back to back for MVB(most valuable barista) 2 years in a row. Julia, down to earth, sassy, and an absolute beast behind the bar. Her SPM(shots per minute) is the best league, leading some to believe she is a lock for gold in the 2025 Starbucks games. What ever you do make this Starbucks your regular morning stop…You will not be disappointed!

When going threw the drive threw the baristas can be rude they rush you to order and while your still trying to finish your sentence asking if thats all. I rarely come to this location due to the inconsistencies of the drinks. 9/10 they will disappoint.

Ordered a grande iced lavender cream matcha. Ended up getting food poisoning. I only had their drink that morning and a few hours later I’m the only one in my house who is having stomach problems. My first time coming to this location so super disappointed. I usually go the one near my house so coming to this one and expecting to have the same quality standards is a given. Not coming to this location again.

I was going to sit down do my homework and maybe order a drink. I asked if I could use the bathroom? I’m a normal adult, I have a full time job. I don’t pee or defecate on the streets or alley ways. They asked if I was going to buy something after I asked if I could use the restroom, at the time I did not have anything on my mind to buy or drink but maybe I was going to order something. But anyways they said no I could not use the bathroom.
Yea Starbucks sucks, I don’t support this corporation or store at all.

They try to pay wall you if you need to use the restroom at this location. Using a restroom is an urgent need in some cases and no Stsrbucks has ever pay walled me to simply use the bathroom before. Unprofessional for a Starbucks.
