They try to pay wall you if you need to use the restroom at this location. Using a restroom is an urgent need in some cases and no Stsrbucks has ever pay walled me to simply use the bathroom before. Unprofessional for a Starbucks.

First time im writing a review for starbucks. I did not like the approach of the guy named Danny. I have orders saved on the app when i arrived at the store and wanted to pay in cash. He said you cannot come to the store and ask us to check that out also said you should have asked for your stars before I placed the orders. Rude and lack of customer service skills! Also did not provide receipt! Should i ask for that too???

Made order wrong and topped it with bad attitude. What wrong with Starbucks?
This is the BEST Starbucks in the area! They always have the nicest staff that my kids love to say hi to and wave at, and the coffee is always the perfect combination of everything I love about coffee. This location alone makes me want to treat myself to coffee more frequently.

I went there today (Tuesday) at 7:12pm since Google Maps says they close at 7:30pm. They will not answer in the drive-thru. Then, I went up to the window, and they were there, and they would not even open the window. I kept saying people are in line (3 cars behind me), and after I tapped at the window, they would just signal from the inside, saying they were closed. There is a reason why people are in line; if Google Maps says they are open until 7:30pm, then I was expecting the service to be open until that time. If not, they will need to update it. It is sort of rude of them not even to open the window. They even avoided me until I tapped on the window a couple of times(they clearly saw me when I drove up to the window and stood there).
