I visit this place a few times a week and this is not the first time they have not added caramel to my coffee but have always made it up. But this time I was left without money and coffee. A few days ago I ordered a caramel latte and it was made without caramel. I went back, left the coffee at the counter and was told to come back for a new order. I stood in line again and when I went back they refused to serve me even though I had already paid for the coffee and no one gave me a refund and I never received the coffee. The worst part is that this happens in the morning at the last minute before work so it was a bad day with a bad mood and no coffee. I do not recommend this place.

Only have Frappuccino, but the make it exactly like I 👍 👌 it!!! No foods, but friendly + cooperative staff! You forgot to add box for drive thru! There is lots of parking.

So I am truly sorry to the girls that had never given me a hard time when I've ordered drinks, if I got any of you in trouble. I am a FedEx driver constantly on the move. When I deliver to this location I'll typically order a drink. Now I will not. The store manager informed me this is a drive thru location only and I am to only get my drinks through the drive thru. Hello!? I drive for FedEx, my truck does not fit in the drive thru! I simply figured while I have to knock on your door to get a signature for a package, I'd also grab the drink (that I order in enough time so it will be ready by the time I knock). But the store manager is not ok with that! Unbelievable! Maybe I'm overreacting but I just don't see the problem. So end result my money and business will no longer go to this location.

It seems like there is a training issue or attention issue. Mistake on drink order again. It happened 2 times before too. Food and drinks are quite expensive and it is not convenient to tell you what the mistake is and wait for it again. Thanks.

I ordered a VT caramel ribbon crunch double shot and a melon burst. What I received was basically water, ice, and whipped cream with barely any coffee (it was not a double shot) or melon drink. This wasn't the first the first time it happened at this specific Starbucks. You are expecting a good price for a drink, but your drinks do not match the required expectations. You either do the job good, or don't do it at all.

I visit this location 1-2 times a week to order drinks for my partner and me. I order the same drinks every time. However, this last time they decided to make my grande drink, that I order in a venti, with extra ice rather than extra cold foam as requested. I love the cold brews with extra foam and was taught by another Starbucks barista to order a grande in a venti cup to get extra cold foam. I was disappointed they took it upon themselves to add extra ice instead of confirming my drink request. I do not plan on visiting this location anymore.
