I placed a mobile order while on my lunch break. Upon arrival, I noticed my drink had several white chucky bits. I asked Sofia (with pink hair) who made my drink, what is it and she tells me it's the oatmilk. It always has chucky bits in it. I said, no that means the milk is bad, she tells me no thats how it is. Going back and forth with me, I tell her to just make it with soy milk, she says well its going to be the same. When she finished the drink, she didn't tell me it was ready. She just put it on the counter for me to see and pick up. After looking at the drink, no white chunks and I told her there were none, she just says oh different milks. What?! That's all you have to say for something regarding my order. I order the same exact drink every day and never encountered white chunky pieces in my drinks. Even if she was having a bad day, don't take it out on me and be apologetic when something is wrong. After all that said and done, my drink was still made wrong but because I was on lunch, I couldn't go back.

It is Christmas seasons and the mall was packed so the staff was doing the best with the circumstances. Drink was made wrong but they remade it. Don’t let the line intimidate you the baristas are quick.

I travel a bit for work and I have gone to many many Starbucks in that time. This location not only serves you well made drinks but the service is immaculate. Hannah helped me at the register and was incredibly friendly!! Erin on bar made my drink yesterday and today and the love and care they put into every drink is incredible. They take their time no matter the wait or what they’ve got. I have a bad allergy problem with quite a few drinks at Starbucks but Erin talked to me about their process of making the drink to ensure that I was not getting any cross contamination :)If I lived in this area I 100% would be here every morning ! Thank you for giving me a wonderful experience! <3

We walked up with one person in front of us and the 2 of the 3 people working there waited on that person. While the line got longer, that extra person was talking to people in line and getting their orders. When a customer called them out on it jasmin or jadmin rudely said we'll get to you. Starbucks sure has changed with these 3 rude lazy employees

The most rude staff I have encountered at any Starbucks. Usually not all employees are the most happiest but employees at this specific location make sure to make it known they hate their job and people

I feel happy whenever i went the store. Batistas have the skills to create delicious coffee.I don't know who is a barista. I think that it is one of the best places in sacramento to make great-tasting coffee.

Really dislike this Starbucks but continue to order here out of convenience. There’s always something wrong with our drinks and the employees always look miserable- poor customer service. The drink was watery, didn’t have any caramel drizzle (until we corrected them), and barely had any matcha when we asked for extra. Only reason I’m not giving 1 star is because Sofia was nice at the register. Syd and the other gentleman working had poor social and awareness skills. Our drinks were messed up twice. The modifications are literally on the tag. If I’m paying $8 for a drink I expect it to be made correctly at the very least. Kuddos to Sofia for being friendly though!
