First we had stuffed mushrooms then some delicious fried ravioli and ended with tiramisu. It was so good and the service was excellent.

Sign on the door says they are now closed. Sign says to try their manzanita location

The last time we ate there, we walked into the restaurant and found it almost empty and most of the tables dirty. This was very unappetizing. The person cleaning the tables was the same person serving the food. The possibility of cross-contamination bothers me. However, the food was good as always.

I stopped by here one day during lunch for work and I was pleasantly surprised! It was not busy at all, the food was outstanding and the portions were generous. Based on a recommendation from a friend I ordered something off the menu and they had no issues with making it for me. If you're looking for a good Italian restaurant, give this place a try!

Best chicken parm around! Get it with angel hair pasta 1/2 marinara 1/2 alfredo and you wint be disappointed. It's amazing! Also, the house salad dressing is delicious.! Excellent meal at a great price.

Found a coupon in the mail so I thought we'd give it a try since Mom raved about 1 of the dish she has 10+yrs ago. My 1st time here and will be my last. Food was mediocre. We were not that hungry because we had a big lunch so we didn't order much and decided to share 2 plates btwn 4ppl + appetizer + salad + bread. Calamari is pretty easy to make but somehow they messed that up; it has more batter than calamari. Was ask if we want to split our plates for $4 more. I said fine. They only split the plate for the salad but not the main course...go figure. When it was time to paid the bill, I gave them my coupon for $10 off for bill over $40. Waitress said coupon doesn't apply on split order. Nowhere on the coupon did they mentioned this. I'm not going to argue with her since I won't be back, but tipped her 20% anyway. I had better service and food at Olive Garden.

We've been coming to Strings for years now. It seems that we usually go when my parents are in town and this time was no exception. Service is always great and the food is fantastic. I love the salad - and my kids do too, which is a big thing. I always order the Pasta Siena - it has just a hint of curry that makes the dish so good. My wife orders the Spinach Pepperoni Alfredo. It's not on the menu any longer, but they always make it for her. And order a Blackberry Italian Soda. We'll keep coming back.

Honestly, I absolutely love the chicken picatta here. I used to go to the one off of Madison Avenue in Sacramento until they moved. I have had this dish plenty of times with no issues. But about 4 years ago I ordered the oysters and got extremely bad food poisoning. I just ordered them again thinking maybe it was just a fluke thing but got food poisoning again. I will continue to get the chicken picatta here but that only. The two times I ordered steamed oysters at this location are two times I regret deeply. I used to get them at the one on Madison and never had any issues. Idk what this location does differently but it certainly isn't for the better.. so be warned if you are ordering seafood here make sure it's a day where you can stay close to a restroom.

So after waiting at Chevy's on Douglas Blvd for 10 min. Without being acknowledged we left and went to Strings. As soon as we walked in the door we were greeted and the waitress was attentive and upbeat! Great job Strings! We will be back!
