I will never order Subway online or through their app. I ordered a sandwich and a box of cookies, the driver didn't bring my cookies. I repeatedly called the store and never got an answer. I submitted an online inquiry and never received a response. Jimmy John's and Firehouse - you got my business!

The food and service was great. I had to use the restroom really bad and their restroom was still closed even though COVID is not an issue anymore. Furthermore, since their dine in was closed, me and my child had to eat outside on the dirty sidewalk in 100 degree weather as the local drug addicts pestered me for money. Lastly, since their bathroom was closed, I resorted to urinating in my empty Subway cup. First world problems I guess.
