My friend and I came here recently to get sandwiches. Upon arrival, we were welcomed in with a rude stare. The woman working there went into the back and came to the sandwich station to ask our for our orders. I know it's not her fault but we had difficulty understanding her so I didn't understand what she was asking me. She was obviously pissed that I couldn't understand her questions. She seemed like she really did not want us there. The sandwiches were ok to say the least. This is the worst customer serviced subway I have even been too. It would be a good store if the customer service was better.

only came here because it is near my job. Indian lady and manager were extremely rude. I understand you have a line but that doesn't give you no right to tell at someone like they are a child. She was yelling at me what cheese I wanted when I said American 2 times. She continued to question me. I felt terrible energy from her. Like she is extremely unhappy with her self. After I ate my food, I went back and gave her a talk that she doesn't need to project her inner emotions at work. Some people truly just don't like their job but don't do anything about it. I can tell from the reviews she's been this way for a while. I hope she finds her path, because it definitely ain't making a sandwich.

Drive to the next Subway, this ones terrible. Entered an empty store, to no greeting. Requested sandwich toasted, bread was cold and cheese barely melted. Requested extra olives and the employee behaved as if each olive was coming out of their paycheck. Paid $2.99 extra for 2 cookies and a drink only to get home (50 miles) to realize I got one cookie and paid $3.39. Highly DONT recommended. Service was poor, sandwich was subpar, I was over charged and didnt get everything I paid for. Wont return. Ever. Drive the extra 5 miles to the next one or go across the street to Mr. Pickles.

Okay there is a lady who shes middle eastern didn't get her name because she was so RUDE ! She was so rude and disrespectful and i didn't even wanted my sandwich at the end because she was being a B**** for no reason. I felt so unwelcome here and she got mad because i wanted italian herbs and chesses bread and she ran out and ask like wtf!!!! Becareful who you hired!

There veggies and bread was old you can tell by texture. We got sandwiches from them and they used staled bread may be 1-2 days old. We pay for fresh and healthy food not for the food that need to throw away.. I would give o if I could!! Not recommended ??BIG NO??

Unbelievable! I ordered online and went to pick up my order. Went in and ask the lady if she got my online order and she said no. I asked again and she said no. So I told her I ordered 2 $5. foot longs, do you have that? Then she got loud and said they don't have that and it ended last week! I checked my phone and didn't see the order so I looked at the menu and said the 6" is almost $6. and just ordered one foot long and the other one 6". While she was busy talking in a foreign language and not asking me what toppings I wanted I checked my phone and there was a confirmation for my order that was ready! So again I ask her, so I have a confirmation on my phone that my order is ready and I already paid for it on my credit card! This time she asked me my name and told me it was ready and picked it up from the back counter behind the register! Suddenly she seems to know about online orders! So I said that's my order and it's already paid for, I asked you twice if you got my order and you said no! I asked you if you had $5. foot longs and you said no! And this order is already paid for! She wanted me to pay for the other sandwiches! I hope it's just that she doesn't know what she's doing and doesn't speak English otherwise she was lying and trying to cost me a lot of money!

We used the app to order do we could take advantage of the new 2 for 1. So after placing the order the time for pickup was 3.5 hours later. So I called 2x and got ahold of someone. She said yes my order will be ready when I come. I specified who I was and the issue again she assured it will be ready. I arrive and she then says I don't have an order for you. I tried to show her she kept yes it will be ready . She didn't understand what I was saying it's very frustrating. Instead of going back and forth about I left to return later that evening. So I returned at assigned time. Got home started eating my sandwich I thought it tasted bland I look at it it's full of veggies ( it was a club) there was not one slice of meat on it. So I called the same woman I had spoke to all day answer she proceeds to argue that she knows she made it right. At this point it's been a 4 hour ordeal just to get a damn sandwich which was supposed to be lunch!!! I gave up. It would really help if employees had a good handle on the language if dealing with customers .

The manager/owner couple is always rude. Always scornful. Never greeted as we walk in. Skimpy on the toppings. Bread is hard. Jalepenos are all stems and tomatoes are hard. Dont come here.

The Subway on Pleasant Grove has horrible customer service due to the owner. He has no personality whatsoever and frowns when his employees give you a little too much. I am never going to go there again,.

The employees here must not know how to tell time. Everywhere it says they're open until 9:30 PM, including here on yelp, and they just closed their doors. At 8:30 PM. You can tell they know how to run a business, not!

This place always serves bread that is hard on both ends. I keep trying them and continue to be disappointed. I called the owner a few years ago regarding this and it still hasn't changed. Find a solution. Subway is supposed to be fresh and clearly the bread isn't fresh so what else isn't? There are much better subways to go to so avoid this one.

I had to repeat every item I wanted on my sandwich at least 3 times each. Then they dropped a knife on the ground and tried to cut my sandwich with it without washing it.

Bread was very dry and the cheese also dry. The lady helping me was yelling at another customer for something then got annoyed at him for asking for NAPKINS. Won't be going back.
