Ordered 2 separate orders of the 6.99 sandwich combo deal, with two separate accounts, and arrived a little bit after the 1210 pickup time. The man at the counter was initially friendly but then as I was asking for the orders he seemed to get frustrated/cold. I then asked for a bag since they were initially in two separate bags and I still had two drinks and chips to carry. He told me I could put the chips in the sandwich sleeves. I then reiterated that's a lot to carry and he got really quiet with this peeved expression on his face and quickly grabbed a bag for me to carry it in. Got my drinks and chips, there was also no ice in the drink machine and on top of everything, our sandwiches barely had any veggies, but the meat was fine. I will not be coming here again, no wonder the place was empty.

We Will be switching to the WoodCreek location. Ordered for pickup at this location through the app last night. The sandwiches we're sooo small ! I mean, even the bread was smaller than the usual subway bread, there was hardly any meat or veggies on it! And my wrap....wow, so empty! Decided to try WoodCreek location today, completely different experience. Today's was normal size everything. Full of chicken and veggies and everything! Unfortunately, this location has lost us as customers now.
I tried the Subway app and was overcharged for a two footling cold cut. It was super to be a combo, but the sandwich makers did not recognize the discount. I suggest that Subway revamp their app and make it more user friendly and stay true to your online prices.
Very, very, very......bad customer service with no star, they mimicked what the customer ordered and smiled to each others which I found very, very, very..... rude, and no manner. Also, they did not do what customer had ordered. I DO NOT RECOMMEND customers go to this subway ??????????
The two guys (owners maybe) in there working are not very friendly. Plus they do not know how to do a coupon that we get in the mail.. Took him 13 min, just to ring us up, cause he had to call another person to get an ok. They use to have nice young ladies working in there, but not anymore. We will not be back.

I always get the same sandwich. I have come here many times. Three of the times I have gotten my sandwich here I have been served by someone who I think may be the owner. I get 2x extra cheese. It has very little cheese. I get it toasted. It is supposed to be a cheese steak, but he puts the veggies on AFTER toasting it instead of before. The last two times now my bread has been stale and crunchy 1.5 inches from each end. This last time there is only about 2/3 the amount of meat as there should be, he did not weigh the meat before making the sandwich. Every other employee who makes my sandwich here does it correctly. I won't be returning.
