It appears that some of the reviews for this establishment may not be genuine, as they are from users with only one review on their profiles. I would like to provide an honest assessment of my experience.In today's economic climate, many individuals seek out coupons and discounts when dining out. I presented a coupon at this establishment, but it was unfortunately not accepted. I regularly utilize coupons at various Subway locations and have never encountered this issue before. The coupon clearly states that it is not valid in Arkansas and Hawaii, and I am currently located in California.I find it rather unreasonable that this particular Subway location refuses to accept the coupon, as it is within the valid geographic region. This decision may deter customers from visiting this establishment, especially considering the already perceived high prices for the quality of food offered.

I was craving Subway. This one was the closest to me and although it only had 2 stars I thought I would at least check it out. I could always go to another sub shop since there are 2 others close by. The door was locked with a note saying Bathroom Break. I waited since from outside the store looked very clean. The employee came from the back and unlocked the door, apologized for having it locked. Greeted me and went to her station to take my order. so far I was impressed with the cleanliness and her demeanor. As soon as she walked to her area she washed her hands! Yay!! She is batting 1.000. My sandwich was great, her service was very good so I really have no idea why people scored this Subway so low. FYI I manage a business which also has a restaurant inside it. I was impressed with the cleanliness and atmosphere of this store and I was impressed with the employee who was working. Thanks for taking care of my Subway craving!!

On Wednesday 9/20/23 I waited 15 minutes at the front counter and no one ever took my order or came out from the back or anything. Not an employee in sight while customers were happily eating. I finally left and will not be back! That’s ridiculous to keep a paying customer waiting like that and you still never came out to help. I wasted my lunch break waiting around and driving there and back. So much wasted time for nothing!!! Bad customer service and will not recommend this subway to anyone!

This is the worst subway I have ever been to. The sub I usually get, that’s is normally 15$ was 23$. This place was so much more overpriced than any fast food I have ever been to. The restaurant was very dirty with trash on the floor and crumbs everywhere. It would be great if I could give this place 0 stars but I can’t. The veggies were soggy and not ripe. Do not ever come to this subway!!!

Terrible service, the veggies were soggy and old, and the guy who works there around 5pm is very rude. Today he was leaning on the counter playing on his phone. He was "training" a new guy who didn't know what he was doing. New guy got the portions wrong and didn't hand us the sandwiches, just left them on the counter unbagged. The rude guy on his phone just smirked and didn't help bag our food.

Worst subway they never have even one veggie patty thawed out! They are frozen and then microwaved! At least one so that way if one person “like me” comes in they have it thawed out! She said that it goes bad and nobody orders but I’ve went in multiple times to order so I know other people have also ordered the veggie patty! They put it in the microwave and totally ruin it taste disgusting after that! You can’t microwave those! Horrible service no other subways do this they always have them thawed out on display! And also how are people supposed to know you have them to order if they can’t see them out on display! Duh ?
