Sent my dad to pick up a sandwich for me with everything on the paper I wrote… the entire sandwich was wrong and missing half the ingredients

This store uses stale and old ingredients. The avocado was brown. The bread was super stale and wrinkled and tough to chew, even after toasted. I had already driven away so that's why I didn't return. He also complained about providing stra napkins, when the napkins are super thin and cheap quality. I will never go here again. You can tell this is franchise owned so cutting corners.

Tried to take advantage of the 2-1 footling deal thru the app. I talked with the girl there, who told me they are participating but only if you order through the app. So I sat there and ordered one though the app, she then tells me since you only ordered one you don't get a second one free. I said isn't that the point of the 2 for 1 deal? No where in the app does say if you order one off the two for one menu, you must order two She said that's the way it works. Watching the tv ad again it says buy one get one free, not buy 2 get 1 free. Probably a legal case here for false advertising. I'm not coming back here and luckily there is a plethora of other sandwich shops to choose from.

This owner's son or relative asks like he is doing YOU A FAVOR when making your sandwich. He skimps on everything! Asking for more veggies on it made him angry! I will NEVER go there again.

Samich only gets the two stars. But the old dude in there is one GRUMPY cuss! It must rub off on the other employees too. As I said 2 stars for the samich only because the samich maker/cashier was grumpy jr.

Does not take EBT. I don't know why they allow individual owners to decide this. Does it cost them anything? Doesnt make sense to me.

I grab a sandwich at this Subway a few times a month on the way home and it's always good. I order on the app and my food is always ready when they say it will be. The employees are always friendly and the service is speedy. I've tried a few other Subway locations in West Roseville and this one is by far the best.

Amazing Subway! Their subs are always immaculate, including to the employees working there! Ciara is by far such a kind and hardworking employee always keeps everything neat and knows how to make the perfect sub! I am never disappointed when coming here and it is my comfort food of choice!
Thought I'd give this Subway another try. Terrible decision. Worst Subway in town!! What is this mess??

It's nice to see a business know some of their repeat customers by name but man...I did not get the same friendly neighborly service. I had 3 orders, none of them for me so I had to read off what each person wanted. The young lady seemed to get more and more annoyed with each sandwich she made. I still tipped because maybe she had a long day. My first and last time ever going there.
