I found Sushi Kuma by searching online for a new place as my (prior) favorite Sushi 🍣 place closed their doors. I have dined multiple times at this business and left totally pleased each time. I have a practice of ordering in an Omakase style. The only recommendation would be to update the decor. This is second to good Sushi!

Only 4 stars because of details. The bento box has plenty of food, but I have had better tempura (specifically the shrimp and thickness of batter), and the Tonkatsu was pretty thin. Other than that, the flavors were there. Sushi was well prepared and fresh. Atmospherically, the decor is nice and modern with plenty of seating and floor space, BUT the lights above the bar are not evenly spaced out, and that irks my electrician soul. Probably not any of the restaurant peoples fault (unless they installed it themselves, which would explain it), but why.. Service was good, quick and polite. Will be coming back, I'll just try not to look up.

All rolls are 50% off. And they don’t hike the price either. You pay about $10-$12 a roll. Really good prices and they are quality! I love this place

The flavor was okay, but I felt as though the fish was a little dry even on the raw sushi rolls everything was a little bit dry. And the creamy jalapeno appetizer were not good can't even describe how they tasted. First attempt definitely not a good impression

First time here as we wanted to try a new spot in town for bento. Nice clean interior with table and a long banquette across the back wall. And of course the standard sushi counter. Service was efficient. Our dinner bento boxes were a big let down though. Meat in both meals was overcooked and tough. My cal rolls were like day old mushy, not fresh as noticeable by the avocado being brown. Not good at all. The dinner bento box meal is more pricey than other places too... So for us, we will stick with those other places.
Rolls are consistently 50% off, and the soup base is not bad at all. Bento box are ok.

Food was not fresh battered shrimp in roll was dried out and re heated as well as korean beef tasted reheated fatty and old. Poor quality for price even at 50% off would rather not eat. Very unappealing.
