A great spot for discounted sushi rolls. The sushi is decent and the price is fair for the level of quality. This isn't one of the top tier sushi places in the area, but for the price, it's satisfies a sushi craving. The service was great and the atmosphere was cool.
I found Sushi Kuma by searching online for a new place as my (prior) favorite Sushi 🍣 place closed their doors. I have dined multiple times at this business and left totally pleased each time. I have a practice of ordering in an Omakase style. The only recommendation would be to update the decor. This is second to good Sushi!
Only 4 stars because of details. The bento box has plenty of food, but I have had better tempura (specifically the shrimp and thickness of batter), and the Tonkatsu was pretty thin. Other than that, the flavors were there. Sushi was well prepared and fresh. Atmospherically, the decor is nice and modern with plenty of seating and floor space, BUT the lights above the bar are not evenly spaced out, and that irks my electrician soul. Probably not any of the restaurant peoples fault...
