This place was horrible. Keeping in mind taco bell is one of my favorite fast food places. Not only did they get my order wrong, but than we're a bit condescending and rude when I had to reorder through the drive through. Here a picture of the burrito they ended up giving me. If anyone gets this burrito you know this is pathetic. The people working definitely don't know what there doing. Maybe they're all new but if so do better. 2 drive through attempts and still left with this is pathetic.

I’ve come here multiple times and have been displeased. However, today my experience was completely different. Hermine, who helped me, was professional, kind, and courteous. She even gave me napkins to wipe down my car door since it was raining and my window was down.

Poor quality food that took forever to get.
By the time I realized there was a problem was trapped in line and had no choice, took 15 minutes for the two cars in front of me to be allowed to place their order, then I waited in front of the speaker for another 10 minutes waiting to place my order, then another 15 minutes to actually get the order. 35 minutes for two burritos, that were missing half their ingredients and seemed like they'd been sitting under a heat lamp for a couple hours.

60’s menu not on display. Cashier couldn’t tell me about it. Tostado was awful, barely nothing on it but the shell was so soft and thin it would not hold any real amount anyway. Said no napkins or silverware. Got 9 napkins and 3 forks anyway!!

Order 286, 10/16/24 approximately 7:30pm:
Took them over 35 minutes to get me my 4 beefy five layers and the manager had to personally make them. When I got them, they were 2/3 the size of a normal 5-layer and were missing 2 of the 5 qualities. I went to return and the manager lady didn't seem to care at all. Terrible at her job obviously. The other workers seemed to care tho and seemed to feel my pain.
