Horrible experience here the 5 layer burrito cost more at this location and was the size of a cheese roll up I’m a frequent Taco Bell customer to different locations definitely will not come back here again and food was not up too other locations par for sure staff was rude when I mentioned it she said that’s how they come I laughed

First time at a Taco Bell in 5 years, never coming back. On top of that 2 bum chalupas that just taste like bread rang me up to $15? I can get a stuffed burrito bowl at chipotle for less and not get food poisoning. This fast food chain is getting driven into the ground no one I know goes to Taco Bell anymore

Typically this is a tacobell i always go to. Lately though it seems that they have messed up almost every order I make. Today they put the wrong sauce on all my items and forgot my duritos locos taco. When I called to let them know no one would answer the phone.

I cannot begin to express how grateful and impressed I am by the staff at this location. I had a very large order for an office lunch, and each team member I came into contact with at this Taco Bell was professional, courteous and very helpful-- and they got our order 100% correct! I know employees of businesses are supposed to care about the sales generated by large purchases, but let's be honest- most just want to get the day done and go home. It was refreshing to find such kind and communicative staff members at this location. Phyllis was super helpful and the gentleman behind the counter (I wish I got his name- he had a beard!) was amazing. Thank you a million times over North Sunrise Blvd Taco Bell!

I started coming here almost weekly a few months ago since I needed a late spot to get food. The night crew was always in a good spirit and fast. One crew member that is always amazing is Ismael.
I thought the other reviews were just being crazy, but all the food is totally skimped on. I had like 3 beans in my meal, barely any lettuce ect. Everything was super thin like they used the least amount of ingredients possible. Go to another Taco Bell, this one sucks!!

Ordered a chicken quesadilla, taco supreme , and some chips and cheese. I was given A burnt tasting quesadilla, nacho cheese but no chips. And a regular taco not supreme.

Did not like how the supervisor was speaking to the workers. The worker was being very friendly and keeping conversation with us at the window WHILE working and supervisor Very rudely demanded them to “close the window!!! ,no talking”. Please fix your attitude, lady. You are actually the problem not them!

DO NOT SHOP AT THIS LOCATION Gave me my order with half of it missing and the rest made incorrect told me I couldn’t have a refund over the phone so I came in and they refused a refund then called customer service and they were no help DONT SHOP HERE
