Barely any cheese for the nachos barely any chips and hardly a full cup of plain beans I added sour cream!!Won’t come back to this forsure! Should update hours so people are not wasting time. Or make sure the doors are unlocked during business. Even the doors says they open at 7am.

If I could rate this 0 stars I would. Had to get a refund and the lady didn't even know/ want to print out our receipt . But than somehow "figured out how to do so" all 4 bean burritos sucked. Had barley any fillings and no sauce . If I wanted to eat tortilla only I would go to the store to buy a package of tortilla. It was dry and nasty and cold . Definitely don't recommend this location. The location off foothills is way better. Do better Taco Bell or hire new people

I mean the baby was screaming the whole time. we were the only car and it still took like 10 min. Then to top it off there was only like 4 things in the bag! We had to go back! Then when I hand him both the food and the receipt he only hands me back the food with the bag and asked if it all looked OK. IDK I ordered for 5 people! Still ended up wrong when we went home... Ridiculous

It was slow and still the service was horrible. The food was taco bell and it tasted like taco bell so no complaints there. My food came out and the employee just called my name, tossed the tray down and left to the back, missed my drink, utensils , and hot sauce. The front was completely empty so I couldn't grab those things myself. Extremely poor customer service.
Went through the drive through at 10 pm and they had me pull back through because they didn’t have the orders in the right order. It took an extra 15 minutes to pull back around the drive through. Then when I actually got my food and went home. They shorted me the primary food choice from my cravings box.
The in-store customer service at this place sucks. Expect to straight up be ignored, receive no forks/condiments for items that should come with them, and definitely not be greeted until you say "excuse me"...I come here once a week in average... Not a fluke.I wrote this exact same review a few weeks ago but deleted it because I felt bad, but now I'm posting it and leaving it, just getting old. Food is decent most the time but can be skimpy on occasion.

Ordered Mexican pizza and 2 tacos all were delivered room or cool temperature. Told counter person who gave me another taco which was also cold. Ended up throwing my whole order in the trash as did my companion who was not satisfied w/her order. Next time I want Mexican food, I will go to a Mexican restaurant that serves good hot food.

The primary issue revolved around the rude behavior of the staff when we discovered our order was missing Gordita Crunches. Rather than addressing the situation professionally, the response we received was dismissive, with an unapologetic retort of 'you didn't order those.'To exacerbate matters, employee Miqueas, who seemed preoccupied with chatting away with coworkers, displayed a shocking lack of attentiveness. As we approached the drive-thru window, Miqueas nearly dropped our food, showcasing a concerning disregard for the quality and safety of the service provided.This encounter not only highlighted a breakdown in communication but also reflected poorly on the overall customer service standards at this Taco Bell location. Such incidents are disheartening, as they undermine the trust and satisfaction that patrons expect when choosing a fast-food establishment. It is my hope that Taco Bell takes steps to address these issues, ensuring a more positive and customer-centric experience in the future.
