While I was eating there was very loud music play in the background and there was a lot of base with hurt me and my mother's ears there was also a lot of cussing in the song

**Review for Taco Bell on Pleasant Grove Boulevard, Roseville**

I recently visited the Taco Bell on Pleasant Grove Boulevard and had a disappointing experience. The staff seemed completely overwhelmed and incompetent; my order took over 20 minutes, and there were multiple customers waiting in the dining area while cars backed up in the drive-thru.

The lead person preparing the burritos was opening every package and constantly rechecking the screen, which created a chaotic atmosphere. It felt like there was no organization at all. To add to the discomfort, the dining area had a dirty floor, which should have been a red flag.

When I finally received my to-go order and arrived at my destination, I discovered that the order was completely wrong. The food did not meet the quality standard that Taco Bell is known for. To make matters worse, when I attempted to return to the store for assistance, I found the lobby closed with no way to contact anyone.

Overall, this visit was incredibly frustrating, and I left feeling unsatisfied. I hope they can address these issues for future customers.

The food was terrible. It tasted like it was cooked in stale grease. It did not even resemble Taco Bell food. This is the worst I've ever gotten out of any Taco Bell ever

Went to this Taco Bell on my way home from a long day, I’m not usually a Taco Bell person but that’s what I went with. I didn’t expect anything special, but gosh was I blown away. I was greeted with a warm smile from a kind young woman (I believe her name was Taylor) as I got my crunchy taco and a Pepsi. The girl gave me my drink immediately and helped me pay with cash once the kiosk froze. I appreciate such amazing customer service, don’t see this very often anymore. God bless ✝️

They did amazing I was so impressed, I met a lovely girl at the drive thru and she was amazing I believe her name was Olivia. She did a wonderful job and I was very pleased with the food! 10/10 recommend

Whoever works on Sunday's around 9 pm should be FIRED. They Forgot a whole burrito and when I selected no fiesta strips on my grilled cheese steak burrito, they were still left on there. I had 3 pieces of steak all throughout, no sauce on the burrito, and it was as flat as a quesadilla. But this has not been the only time the food was VERY poor quality. Lately they have messed up a ton, go find a different location and save your self!!!

The lobby hours (dine in) at most Taco Bell locations are still open around 9-9:30pm. The hour info on Google maps shows they close at midnight. Also, this is my first time to this location, and it's a Friday night just after 9pm.

I always use the app to order ahead, then get there and go inside to use the restrooms to wash my hands before picking up my food.

To have a Taco Bell that closes their lobby doors at 8pm in an area that's fairly populated, and on a Friday night no less... is discouraging, misleading, and disappointing.

I had to go through the drive thru where there's a line of cars of course given the time and day. Waiting a good while behind multiple vehicles just to grab my food and be on my way.

I'm definitely not coming back and getting my Taco Bell from this location.

The dining room was dirty with left over food and fly buzzing around. It was hot and they told us the place has no air-conditioning! I can only imagine the people preparing the food sweating over it! I like Taco Bell, but not this one. Will never eat there again. Even the manager complained saying that people whom he hired quit within 15 minutes!

1 person in drive thru, 1 family in the dining area already eating and a basic order of beans and nachos were 25 mins. When we asked they said “it’s at least 25 minutes we are so busy”. Seriously it’s empty!! Flipping ridiculous!

i come to this location often since it’s the closest for me, and they used to be good but recently they’ve been getting my order wrong not only making the food wrong, but also charging me for items i did not ask for. i got a simple chalupa and they made it wrong FOUR times
