i come to this location often since it’s the closest for me, and they used to be good but recently they’ve been getting my order wrong not only making the food wrong, but also charging me for items i did not ask for. i got a simple chalupa and they made it wrong FOUR times

Ordered two chalupas and they only gave me one. Asked for hot sauce and they gave me mild. AVOID THIS LOCATION. The service is terrible and they will charge you for food and not give it to you.

Every-time I come here they always manage to get my order wrong I always pay for add on items and every-time I get it it’s never there I use to be an employee at Taco Bell I know the services and customer food care they should provide but at this location it’s very poor really disappointed

This particular visit we had used the online app to order our food. Once we arrived the drive thru was at least 20 cars deep! Somehow someway the employees were able to keep that line moving and before we knew it we had our food! The order was perfect and delicious! Well done to the staff doing a great job! Thank you!!

In all honesty, I can’t understand the level of incompetence I’ve experienced on a consistent basis that would only infuriate the average person. Why is it so hard for these folks to get the orders ACCURATE? I’ve experienced a 70% fail rate when ordering here. For some reason when I say “beef” they select “beef” I pay for “beef” but I receive “chicken”!
I can only recommend this location if you’re like me and have zero options because you’re on a lunch break, and you don’t mind NOT receiving the items you ordered.

The past few times have been so disappointing! I paid for extra onions on my 2 bean burritos which they charged me for, but instead they had NONE and barely any sauce at all. And the taco and the burritos were so salty, I couldn't even finish them. And they didn't give me my sauce packets either!! I paid too much for this crap. No thanks! Staff was nice though at least!

Expectations are at an all-time low in the fast food industry. Now we're paying people who would rather make your food after they wipe 20$ an hour to make substandard food for ridiculous costs. It's like covid killed customer service
