When we arrived at TCBY, the cashier informed us that all of their yogurt dispensers were out of order. Big bummer after finding a place to park, navigate our way around the mall just to find out the store wasn't able to provide the product we wanted.

Really expensive for what you get… I tried the little hot dogs and they tasted like they’d been sitting out all day. Wetzels is much better… also, for the small amount of yogurt I got it was rather pricey.

Saw the big poster advertising Pumpkin Spice Pretzel Bites. Ordered it. Got a cup of room temperature pretzels with refrigerated pumpkin sauce dumped on top. Extremely disappointed. Would never go again.

TERRIBLE customer service & the mall isn't even busy today! We were the ONLY customers and were completely ignored until I asked for a sample cup. They only came out with the cups after they finished putting out a bunch of cups. And when the marshmallow topping came out separated and oily I asked Megan how long it had been out and her response was, "it was just put out." She didn't check it to see if anything was wrong to respond appropriately. Sorry we interrupted your stocking, we'll take our business elsewhere in the future.

Nasty. I went here this afternoon and ordered some pretzel dogs on my way out of the mall. The girl behind the counter said it would be 10 minutes, I agreed and paid. What I witnessed next was her continue to ring up customers with cash then handle food including my raw pretzel dogs all with the same pair of gloves on. I paid and never got my food because there is no way I'd eat it after witnessing that. I left and I will never be going back.

Placed an order at 11am for a heart shaped cookie with a particular design and told by 2 people (female African American in the front asked someone in the back who confirmed) it'll take an hour and a half to make. Agreed and told them we'll be back as we'll walk around the mall. We return 5min early from the quoted time at 1225 and asked to come back for an additional hour and a half because they forgot they had other cookie orders. (Your business has you selling cookies. How do you forget a cookie order?!) They offer a plain circular cookie with THANK YOU written "nicely" on it- of course you'll put it nicely! At this point I expect it to be in calligraphy!! And then offers this circular cookie to be free if we wait 5min for the mixup only to retract because their manager didn't actually approve it. -last I checked, anything freshly baked needs time to rest and cool before you can decorate or you'll have a gooey mess; MORE than 5minutes.

I love Renee she decorated my brother's cookie cake perfectly and is attentive to details. Renee is so personable she even asks me how my new baby is doing! The staff that work there are all so friendly so it's where I go to get my yogurt fix when at the mall especially when you want to explore different flavors which they rotate often and of course they always have the most popular plain Greek yogurt flavor

My husband and I went to Mrs. Fields the other day, and we were helped by a girl, I believe her name was Karissa. She had a big smile, and was glad to help us. She was sweet and welcoming. The cookies and pretzel bites were very delicious, and I can't wait to get more! Definitely will be going back!
