Enjoyed a good burger & fries. Better than most, but not the best I've ever found, especially at $17-18 per burger and $4.49 for soft drinks. I ordered a burger with bacon and was not at all impressed with their choice of bacon. Lacked flavor.

This location is in need of a management overhaul. My wife and I visited the location last night just after 5pm. The wait was 45 minutes to get seated. That in itself was okay. The attitude of the manager with eveyone was not. Carol( the manager on shift) is no way in the sense a Manager. The entire time we were there she barked orders at her staff. She kicked out a gentlemanthat was seated at the counter for voicing his concern about how he had not received his meal, that another gentleman that was seated after him had received and finished his meal yet he was waiting on his meal. This I believe was because the gentleman looked a little rough. Carol continues with being completely focused on the door dash type orders coming in, and turning away at least 30 customers with her attitude at the register. Carol emptied the lobby twice while we waited to be seated. Her words will ring in mine and many. "Were not seating anyone wright now" "We have door dash orders to fill" Carol deflected any complaint to others on her staff. " I'm not incharge of Togo orders" "That's not my table" In my experience, yes my experience. The four walls surrounding you is the responsibility of the manager. Carol showed no empathy for anyone. Once seated our server Susan was great! The assistant manager Barbara was great. Another server a younger lady was great. The two bussers were amazing. All with external smiles, but you could tell they were covering the frustration they had. We witnessed Carol micromanage orders. Putting her fingers into food, then ringing out customers. Telling a cook that her tables come first. Telling potential customers that she had to keep the door dash type orders going, that if she turned off the service her DM would be calling. Basically telling customers that door dash is is more important. F. Door Dash. You have people in your lobby! I could go on about the entire episode experience. None stop self centered, over her head, dismissive, under qualified, lack of people skills, etc. I do hope that the franchise owner or corporate officer's view this. Carol is not fit to run a self serve car wash let alone a restaurant.
