The Cheesecake Factory

The wait was long even though we had reservations. The food was OK but the price didn't match. To me it's very over priced. All in all I had a good time because it was family night and my granddaughter birthday this is where she wanted to go lol she's only 9 years old.

Dead fly in my Mac and cheese. I picked this up in person myself, so I know it wasn’t altered. Very disappointing and gross I threw up. They are so gross

Our waiter, “Bella” (I think that was her name), was terrible. She was a mixed, younger plus size girl.

1.    She got my order wrong. I asked for a plain burger. It came out with sauce on it. I let her know and she asked if I wanted her to just bring me a new bun.
2.    My sister-in-law got extra sauce on her order, and we heard her tell a co-worker, “I would be so self conscious if I got that.”
3.    She offered to give us a free cheesecake but never brought it, so we asked her manager. When we did, she lied right in front of us and said, “I never said that, I said I’d talk with my manager and try to get you one.” The manager ended up giving it to us (thank you), but the waitress was still terrible.
4. We walked next to another group that had her as their waitress. They agreed that it was the quest service they’ve ever had.

Over an hour drive for $40 dollar pasta that was literally the most bland over cooked thing I’ve ever tried. The shrimp was like chewing on rubber 😭 So disappointing

Generally you need to be hungry when you go to the Cheesecake Factory, as portions are good sized, even the Skinnylicious food we ordered, both of which were excellent. Desserts, of course, are really good, but again, if you are also having a meal, you need to have a good appetite to eat both. You can get dessert to go, so we do that sometimes.

My friends and I were enjoying dessert and sipping coffee when some visitors at the next table began to blame us for taking too long. They spoke to the waiter and asked if they could take two tables, pointing at us. The waiter replied that we had already paid and that we weren't leaving. This really spoiled our mood. We were celebrating a birthday and simply wanted to chat and have a good time, not listen to complaints about how long we were occupying the space and how other guests were waiting for us to free up a table. I would like to thank the manager for not being indifferent to our complaint and for making an effort to resolve our issue. Unfortunately, by that point, our mood had already been spoiled. The steak and cheesecake were delicious, and it's a pity that our time with friends ended on such a note.

Came here for my birthday, it was just me but I definitely didnt feel lonely! The staff was SO NICE, and my food and drink took little to no time to get to me. Brittany was my server and she went above and beyond to make me feel special for my birthday. Made an average going out to lunch experience into a excellent one, thank you Brittany!

Late lunch after shopping with the kids. Everything was good. 30 min wait to get a table, 30 min wait for food. The place is busy.

We were just trying to kill time before leaving the mall. Decided to just grab some dessert since we had already eaten. We got the Resses peanut butter chocolate cheese cake and just a simple hot fudge Sunday for the kids.
The cheesecake did not disappoint! It was perfect. I have been other times and actually had the food, its pretty good. The menu is definitely huge and has a huge variety. This post is just about the dessert, and we were totally satisfied with the service and food.
