There are were bad. The bugers are like trash I don’t like it and service are talking loudly with me why did they do it i don’t know but the service is bad can they do something new for service the outside looking like good not bad but inside service is not good can they do new customers and be quickly
I lovze this place the food is grate I really like the shakes there and I really enjoy working there the people a grate to b around we have fun but get the job done and that's making r food the best but taking care time to do so really glad I asked my son to get me a job there and the bonus is with it all too. This was a really grate place in tell my shift leader for the night asked me if I wanted the left over Fry's from the night and I didn't get my break that night and with one of are breaks we get a meal with one break of the day so since I didn't get a break that night at the end of my shift that night I got what I got every day on my break the only thing I did that I should not of did was get a extra shake for my nephew's for his birthday. Well the main GM for a store was watching the camera there that night and if he seen me get my shake and nuggets for my break meal and the Fry's that the shift leader that night gave me , he see my shift leader that night look inside my bag and what I had in it and hand me my bag so I could go home that night. Well my GM wouldn't even hear me out or nothing he didn't even really tell me I was being let go all he said was have a good life and my shift leader that night had nothing happen to him because my GM and him where friends. I never had a write up or anything I was late a lot but if that's what u were letting me go for he should of said that. I don't think it's fair I lost my job bcuz I took something I was told I could very unfair and I really lovzed my job I work there a year in a half. So if u r thinking bout getting a job there I would think twice bout it and the shift leader at night is also very rude the cashier don't even really like him . But my son still works there and I wish him a the luck with that just be careful bcuz I believe the GM well let him go to over nothing done wrong like I was

The old american guy with a beard is very rude!As a Dasher, I went in to pick up the customer's order, and here is our dialog with that guy:Old guy: "You don't know how to read?"Me: What do you mean?Old guy: This lot is reserved for customersMe: Oh... It was said on the sign? Sorry, if it was, I'll change.I'm going outside, checking the sign (the picture is here) and besides "Curbside Pick-Up", there is nothing there. Anyway, I've changed the parking lot and told the guy that there was no sign telling me that I couldn't stop there.He: That's what Curbside means! (It's not actually, it's not Carside)Me: And you should not be this rude, and the parking is almost emptyHe: You can leave and never come backSo, just because I'm an immigrant, the guy talked to me as if I'm a retarded.Instead of saying, "Excuse me, could you, please, change the parking lot? These places we reserved for our customers" he chose to say "You don't know to read?"

Ordered online for pickup. Burger and fries for the kid, salad for me. Service was friendly, but kid's burger had grilled onions which I'd confirmed that my order confirmation excluded, and you know how kids are with this stuff, so that was a bummer. Half my salad was wilted and discolored lettuce (you know, when the lettuce turns that yucky pink color because it should have been thrown away 2 days prior?). Bummer. It's super close to home and it was my first time here but it won't be an option moving forward if this is the way it is.

I have eaten here before and it's always a hit or miss. This last time I ordered a char burger, 10 piece chicken bites, and fries. My fires were under cooked, pale, and kind of hard. Also, my chicken bites were so chewy almost rubbery like. I used the contact us feature I was prompted to use with absolutely no resolve. The customer service from Habit is HORRENDOUS! It's almost as if one e they have your money they could care less.
