I would give him 10 Stars if it was possible for the outstanding job the employee did during a very busy time. My wife and I went in for lunch around 1:40PM and the place was really busy. We watched as the employee(don’t know his name), was busy as a bee. He was the only 1 working and we discovered he had been the only 1 working for the last 10 to 12 days….he was making sandwiches as fast as he could and ringing customers up as quickly as he finished the orders. Timmy is a great dude who takes a lot of pride in what he does. What you get when you eat here is a small business run by a genuine human. There’s some reviews that go after the guy, but you have to understand that he is the shop. It’s what he cares about, and it’s what he’s good at. If you’re not patient with the fact that he’s human and trying to keep his business alive, then it’s not for you. The sandwiches are insanely good btw. Best vegan options in the state.
