TOGO'S Sandwiches

Togo's food is always solid, however, just witnessing employees counting money, touching everything in arms reach with their gloves on, then making my sandwich in those same gloves is unacceptable. That is very unsanitary and had to cancel my order. NO THANK YOU

Idk who the two people at the front were but they were amazing! Got a cali club with 2 sunchips and teas and I was just laughing it up with the two employees there. 100% would reccomend

I'm a little bit behind schedule on this review (22JUNE2025 was the date of service) but I saved the receipt on my desk as a reminder to write this well-deserved review. Our server - Jessica H was PHENOMINAL! She made the sandwiches perfectly and was not stingy with the ingredients. She also was able to recognize that we were a military family and gave us a military discount. Most young people don't even bother with military discounts because it's an extra button they have to push. Place was clean, server was the best. This was hands down the best Togo's experience I've ever had. We drive 10 miles out of the way (past our local Togo's) just to go to this one! Owner: give that girl a raise! People like her keep clientele coming back.

Has a new owner. The old employees are no longer there. They knew how to make everything perfect and had been there years. New employees didn't even know what a BLT is. Asked if it was a new sandwich. I wonder if the new owners are the same morons that own the subway one block away that didn't know what a cheese steak sandwich is.

edit: what really annoys me is i used to go there quite often and always tipped the girls well because i get modifications and they knew everything, like how to make a cheesesteak that doesn't get the bread soggy....but just to save a few bucks an hour they fired all the amazing employees with experience and replaced them with kids that don't know what a Bacon Lettuce Tomato (BLT) sandwich is.

I came in right about when the opened and they only had one person instead of the usual 2 but that wasn't a problem cause Greg handled it with ease, if you're looking for the gold standard of customer and quality for the money.. this is your place, the owner and Greg the worker were very accommodating and kind, my sandwich and soup were out of this world 🌎 😋 thanks again I will be back later for dinner lol.. cheers you guys! - a very happy customer

Slow lunchtime arrival and order taken promptly. Both sandwiches came up as ordered right away. Ate in with light reggae music at an appropriate level playing. Had a very good regular roast beef with cheddar. Companion had Ham and Swiss that she says was also good.

Did takeout of a wrap plus a cold roast beef sandwich. Wrap was fine according to my wife. First bite of the sandwich was.... odd. After a second bite I figured out that the roast beef seemed to have a lot of chewy gristle. The taste was ok enough but having to chew through each bite put me off. I will call this strike one and maybe strike two and see in the future how things go. I've had this sandwich maybe 5-10 times in the last past, and this was the 'worst' one yet. Short leash... one more like this will likely be the last time we come back to Togo's for a takeout meal.

Generally what I expect at any ToGos. Though all dine tables are undersized, hard for a team lunch with such small tables. Everything else was excellent
