I'm a regular customer here, and I'll go out of my way just to eat at this specific location. They are by far the best and most consistent TOGO's I've been to, and the staff is always nice. After learning a bit about how this location goes above and beyond with their preparation, I have to say the extra effort definitely pays off! Im very thankful to have them in my area.

Horrible experience. Rude customer service. Was skipped over then treated rudely when letting the employee know I had been in line. Asked for sauce on the side. Didn't get it. Opened my wrap just to have it look like this and falling apart everywhere. Spent $15 for nothing.

Togo's have been my favorite sandwich shop for a few decades. I'll go here if I'm the only one ordering.

Showed up here at 11:30 to order the number 8 like I get from other locations. With one person working at lunch I was surprised to see the work taking everyone's order that walked in after me. So 8 orders later she gets started on my sandwich and it was great to be reminded of why I stopped going to Togo's. The bread was not fresh. There was not enough lettuce. The cheese was crumbles were going everywhere. I will never be going to this location again and if you are craving Togo's you should avoid this location as it will fail to meet the basic standards that you should expect from a franchise.

Not happy at all. Coming here is a treat, not a cheap treat either. I walked in Friday late afternoon to Togos on Douglas by Sees Candy. I ordered My usual foot long #9. I ordered 3 for my family, which was almost $60. Got home and the sandwiches were COLD! #9 is a HOT Pastrami. I almost drive back up to the shop but didn't. When getting take out is a treat and it ends up so disappointing it just sucks. I would give the service higher stars but who should have to ASK for it toasted or hot. I'm just really bummed

It was disappointing to realize they no longer bake their own bread n have done away with the BBQ beef, one of our favorites! The Ruben pastrami had very little sour kraut n because the bread was not fresh for either of our sandwiches it wasn't a place I'll ever return to. Sadly the memories of fresh baked bread n hot pastrami BBQ beef is long gone! I didn't bother photos because you can't include the taste!

Pastrami was cold. Broccoli cheddar soups also cold had to drive back to have them put it in their microwave.
Togos never disappoints
Wow! Stopped in to see what their sandwich menu looked like and we were immediately blown away by the friendly staff, spotless dining area, and delicious aromas. We all had HUGE portions and very reasonable prices. The staff attentiveness continued throughout our experience. And the food ...just wow.
We will be back.
Nice place
Is this place under new management? Hope so. Didn't see the guy here I didn't previously respect. The hot pastrami here is unmatched. Hopefully Mr. Corner cutter is finally gone.
