I usually enjoy Togos, but this location on Douglas, I won't go back unless something changes. The older guy, not sure who he is, wears gloves it seems to only protect him, he handles money, works the cash register, then proceeds to handle food without changing them, that's disgusting.

I placed a box lunch order for 30+ people and Togos made it so easy. The online portal is fantastic. This location was super helpful, friendly, and had a high attention to detail. They wrote the names of each individual on each box lunch and everyone got the sandwich, chips and cookie requested. Plus, everything was done 45 min prior to requested pickup. Everyone felt full and satisfied with their lunch. Thanks Togos for making my job easier as a coordinator.

I felt compelled to reach out and share my recent experience at your Togo's store. While I understand the importance of maintaining a clean and sanitized environment, I must express my disappointment in the way I was treated during my visit.Upon entering the store, I immediately approached the owner, who abruptly informed me that the establishment was unsanitized and insisted that I leave. I found this to be quite offensive and, frankly, disrespectful. As a loyal customer who values and supports local businesses, I expected to be treated with courtesy and understanding.While I appreciate the necessity of maintaining cleanliness and adhering to hygiene standards, I believe there could have been a more considerate approach to the situation. Perhaps a polite request to wait outside briefly while the necessary sanitization measures were taken could have been a better alternative. I believe that any issue can be addressed amicably and without causing unnecessary discomfort to patrons.I have always enjoyed the quality of the food and the warm atmosphere of your Togo's store, and it is disheartening to have such an unpleasant encounter tarnish the positive impression I once had. As a concerned customer, I kindly request that you address this matter with care and ensure that your staff, including the store owner, understand the importance of customer service and proper communication.I genuinely hope that my experience was an isolated incident and that it does not reflect the usual standards of your establishment. I value the relationship between customers and retailers and believe that it is crucial to fostering a thriving community. If you're the girl who worked July 12th at 6:30pm, you don't look pretty when you do those wide eyes with that attitude. I apologize my 4 letter name was too hard to get right and that you lack composure when corrected. I have this feeling only fake uncultured girls work at these kind of establishments. Aside from her, the place was great and so was the sandwich.

I got my usual, large California club on Dutch crunch. Staff was friendly and my sandwich was really tasty. Fresh meat, bacon and veggies.

I normally stop in to purchase hot sandwiches for the next day. I am aware they close at 8pm, I cam in at 7:46 pm and was told no hot sandwiches and no cash. Shouldn't they serve their menu until they close at 8PM? They were basically all closed up when I got there. BOO!

Clean store, great service, fast and friendly. When I went in they were working on a massive order and still my wait was quick, and my sandwich did not disappoint. I have been eating Togo's since the 70's when they were a one small sandwich shop down from San Jose State that was only big enough to order and take it out. This place is about three times the size and seating is big. The quality has remained original and brought back fond memories of college days and hot pastrami sandwiches.
