TOGO'S Sandwiches

Yvette was amazing! Handled both sides, with what appeared to be a trainee, no help and was very friendly, polite and efficient! As we were finishing another team member walked in and she asked him to clock in and he didn’t even respond. She is clearly a hard worker and I hope she’s valued there.

I recently visited this disappointing establishment!! I was very displeased with the workers I encountered in the morning who showed less than satisfactory customer service showed they have no initiative to properly serve there customers! It appeared the air conditioning unit to be broken due to the disgusting heat inside the building

ToGo's sandwiches are great, try a #9 pastrami. Staff is nice. With a Baskin Robbins built in for desert.

I recently visited this establishment and was disappointed with the service. A young employee with dark hair clearly has no motivation to work — she does everything slowly and without interest, as if the job is a burden to her. Such an attitude toward customers leaves a bad impression. I would expect a more professional approach and at least basic courtesy.

I ordered the ceasar salad and it was really bad. Mostly the flopping greens almost no heart of the romaine and the cheeses was old and hard even had green mold on it. Very poor quality.

Whoever was working all by herself at 12:45 made the best togos sandwich I’ve ever had, and that is 30 yrs of #23! Please give her a star and get her some help!

The place was disgusting. Slow part of the day 4:00. All tables empty and none wiped down. Literally food scraps on every table. Floor looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a week. Trash cans overflowing. One restroom out of service the other looked like a gas station bathroom. I don’t leave reviews however doing this one felt necessary. The place was gross.

I love TOGO’s!! I have a favorite sandwich I get and my special way of having it made! I love the quality and taste of their food! Buttttt this location is very very disappointing!! It’s has not only been once but honestly about 6-8 times I have had issues with this location. In person or for delivery. They are ALWAYS out of things!! I’ve had many orders cancelled because they don’t have what I’m asking for. I love the broccoli cheddar soup but they seem to always have none made and then end up saying they have none in the back. Their drink machine is always out of options and again no refills in the back. I’ve been told as well that the “manager only had the key to the drink machine and they were not in the store”. I’ve been there before in person waiting over 15 minutes to be helped because they had 1 poor employee doing both the ice cream and the sandwiches alone with multiple customers waiting, when there was a manager clearly there counting money and another worker doing things in the back! No one acknowledged us customers waiting nor tried to help the 1 employee doing all the work. I hope this location improves their customer service and stock management because it is right near my home and business.

a sandwich shop that charges extra for cheese? L food, respectfully.

Ordered a couple sandwiches one being a Lg 26 turkey ham. Provilone my favorite and until yesterday 6/26/23 never received less than awesome. In fact got same order days before Fantastic as always. BUT this time was not at all enjoyable. Ok I can excuse the wronge bread Dutch crunch instead of sour dough BUT it was so dried out & stale I guess thats was why ALL the extra Mayo so much mayo made it slimmy not Edible had to change bread, twice being half was my lunch & dinner & extra peperoncini means more than 2 whole peppers including the seeds so very disappointed Especially paying 35$ for a couple sandwiches
