Super fun for a work thing or date

The Real Deal is TopGolf Roseville California which delivers on amazing flavors and fun times!

Where you like golf or never golfed this is the place for you! The atmosphere is fun, golf themed, team environment with lots different seating styles and comfort areas. Indoor bar, seasonly outdoor bar, inside seating, bay seating tables and couches. A little something for everyone!

Moving onto the service, first off I’ve been here a bunch this trip the service was not good, had to keep asking for server to order, they had to be ask to clear the table to order more food it was a bad day in the service portion of this visit.

Now to the main event: The Food! Once the food finally can be ordered and delivered it was amazing as always. The Chicken Nachos are excellent in flavor and ingredients (9.5/10). The Steak Nachos are great as well (8.5/10) the steak itself needs a little flavor. The Chicken Tacos are full of flavors and well played with three (8.5/10). The Cheesy Macaroni Bites are very cheesy and hit and miss today’s weren’t as good as normal (7.5/10). The Pepperoni Pizza flatbread is very well done (9.5-10) must try on the pizzas.

Overall one of my top spots to entertain a group, it is pricey but worth it! I will be back and will continue to update on the menu. Until next time…..

The food quality and variety were excellent. The staff were very friendly and attentive, even though the place was busy. And the experience was definitely fun and memorable. This is a great activity for families or groups of friends. Book in advance.

We checked in 5 PM got our booth at upper level. We were enjoying our time after we ordered food and drinks second time server walked to us and told us we have 15 more minutes this booth is booked so we have to leave. We were caught in surprise we told her we just got our drinks and we would like to order more food and extend our stay. She said nope, I can put you on the wait list but this booth is reserved. We asked for manager but of course she, Julia Masuoka, was the one behind it, we asked why it was never mentioned during the checkin or later that this booth is only for an hour or so we are in middle of our drinks and food why are you kicking us out? she wouldn't budge did offer to put us downstairs, at that point after all this discussion we couldn't enjoy that place anymore. Really a bad experience of a bad management and hopefully nothing to do with racism.

I took my 6 family members on Father's day. We couldn’t make a reservation so we did a walk in. I got on the waiting list and they said a possible four hour wait for a two hour bay. We went to the restaurant and ordered food and hung out. The food was good, restaurant/bar staff was good for a busy Father’s Day. After waiting about two hours, I received a call that a bay was ready. Went to the bay and the server helped us log in. I explained that I had a two hour reservation through the walk in. He verified and asked if I wanted the full two hours. I opted for 1.5 hours to start and verified I could extend for the extra .5 hour if we were in the middle of our game. He stated that was fine due to our initial reservation being for two hours.
He checked back a couple times during our 1.5 hour play to check on us. When our time had about four minutes left he brought our bill. I advised we were in the middle of a game and wanted to extend for the additional half hour. He said he couldn’t extend us at the bay and had to have the manager do it. He left and a female manager came over and matter of factly said we did t have time to extend for our additional half hour. The server then returned with the bill. I provided a gift card for a partial payment and he asked if I wanted to put the balance on the card on file. I advised I did.
He left to go deal with the billing. About two minutes later some other female server walked over with a duplicate bill. I advised I already paid the other server. She said snottily, “are you sure?” Dumbfounded, I said yes I’m sure. She then left.
A few minutes later, she returned with the bill with the gift card amount removed and a balance. Again snottily, she said the gift card had fallen off their file. I handed her a credit card to pay the balance, and she left.
When she returned for my signature she slammed the check on the table and snottily said, “have a nice Father’s Day!!” And walked away.
I saw another server walking by, and asked if they could send over a manager. When the manager arrived. He appeared to not care that there was a problem, showed no empathy to the situation and even questioned wether or not the employee slammed the check down, stating he would have to verify by watching the camera back.
The whole end of my experience at this facility makes me question their customer service training.
I will definitely not be returning! They have lost my business, and many friends I have that go there will hear the story.
P. S. I contacted the corporate office and filed a complaint. Rather than call me to inquire about the incident, they sent me a $20 gift card toward a future visit. As if I would return after this??

We booked two bays for our group of 11 and had a great time. The food was fine, some things better than others. Fries were a bit limp. Donut holes were really good. Wings were good. Flatbreads were very good. Fried ravioli were very very good. Service was friendly and very prompt. Download the phone app so that you can see your scores after you leave

I get it it’s a golf place and not a restaurant but bringing food out of the kitchen looking like that is just embarrassing, these carrots looked like they been in an open container in the fridge for the past 2 weeks …. Somebody will get a food poisoning

The team went above and beyond!
Came on a busy Saturday night for my husband's birthday, which is a week before Christmas (you December babies know how important it is to acknowledge your bday with it being so close to Christmas). We were signed up for one bay and I slyly told Jumbo, the manager, that I was surprising my husband with some of our out of state family and asked if it's possible to get a second bay. He and his team got to work and managed to get us two bays without ruining the surprise.
Thank you Jumbo, Million (I hope I spelled that correctly) and team for making what was important to me important to you. Excellent customer service! :)

If you are looking for a fun driving range this is it. Great set up. Though I didn't eat the snacks there I heard they are good but everything is pricey. I don't think this is a restaurant. It was worth it to get the Costco gift certificate and go at a lower use time. I don't golf and we just had 4 people so the 2 hour window was more than enough for me.
