We booked two bays for our group of 11 and had a great time. The food was fine, some things better than others. Fries were a bit limp. Donut holes were really good. Wings were good. Flatbreads were very good. Fried ravioli were very very good. Service was friendly and very prompt. Download the phone app so that you can see your scores after you leave

I get it it’s a golf place and not a restaurant but bringing food out of the kitchen looking like that is just embarrassing, these carrots looked like they been in an open container in the fridge for the past 2 weeks …. Somebody will get a food poisoning

The team went above and beyond! Came on a busy Saturday night for my husband's birthday, which is a week before Christmas (you December babies know how important it is to acknowledge your bday with it being so close to Christmas). We were signed up for one bay and I slyly told Jumbo, the manager, that I was surprising my husband with some of our out of state family and asked if it's possible to get a second bay. He and his team got to work and managed to get us two bays without ruining the surprise. Thank you Jumbo, Million (I hope I spelled that correctly) and team for making what was important to me important to you. Excellent customer service! :)

If you are looking for a fun driving range this is it. Great set up. Though I didn't eat the snacks there I heard they are good but everything is pricey. I don't think this is a restaurant. It was worth it to get the Costco gift certificate and go at a lower use time. I don't golf and we just had 4 people so the 2 hour window was more than enough for me.

i have been to topgolf several times @ several locations. i am sure that you can look on my lifetime membership & see that my family & i make it a point to visit a topgolf facility anytime we are on vacation, have a special event, or have something to celebrate. besides some wait, every other visit has been great. this time (11/10) was not the same. i booked 2 side by side bays for 2:30pm to celebrate a birthday. my party & i were running late, but checked the website for the FAQ which noted that there is a 15 min grace period —after 15 mins the reserved bays will be given to others. i arrived for my 2:30 reservation @ 2:42 (3 minutes before my grace period had ended) only see that that both of my bays were already given to other groups even though i made sure to respond to any & all messages & phone calls. i asked for help retrieving a manager or anyone from guest services to resolve the issue but the waitresses were dismissive & stated they had their “own tables to take of.” i tried to keep searching for help but the 15 minute grace period had elapsed & there were already others annoyed that my party was in “their” assigned bay (even though the bay was reserved hours ago for my party). i spoke to several individuals (roseville guest services, the roseville manager, & regular topgolf customer service) who were all unable to help us & deemed this whole situation a “miscommunication.” there is no miscommunication. the FAQ state that there is a 15 minute grace period until bays are released. there is no reason why my 2 bays were assigned to other groups @ 2:42 , 3 minutes before the grace period even ended. there is also no reason that topgolf was unable to rectify this situation for my group, especially on such an important day. i will not be visiting topgolf at any locations again. regardless of if there is a waitlist, the grace period in the FAQ should be honored & upheld ESPECIALLY for loyal & returning members. this will be my final time visiting topgolf as the games are boring & the food is not great.

They originally told us 15 minute wait, and after 30 minutes they said sorry, it’ll be another 40 minutes. They completely forgot to put us on the waitlist, and the way they handled it was completely pathetic and immature. The entire staff is incompetent. Don’t waste your time here. Racist.

My family and I, a group over 10 members, was excited to come to top golf as majority of us has never golf and have heard of top golf being an adventure worth while; however, this was not the case. We decided to participate in their Tuesday deal and did a walk in and joined their waitlist around 5 pm and was informed it'll be around a 2 hour wait, which was fine and understandable for walk ins so we went out to grab dinner and tried to find things to do before coming back to check, nearly 8 pm already and was told once again it was going to be about another hour wait. Went back to check again and was told it was going to be about 45 min more. It is absurd to have a wait list of 4 hours. Told once again that it is an additional 25 min wait as we will need to respond to their text but was never received while waiting at topgolf for the past hour.

Place was really a great time. Just left, came in at 1130 for lunch and 1 hr of driving time. Chad our server was super cool. Problem was as soon as the lane ended, the guys were literally hovering trying to get us off the table where we were finishing our drinks and food. After 10 min of asking directly after the golfing ended, we simply left. Place was empty as well. Was going well and worth the 150 spent until they had to run us out asap like it was a Sat night. Really took one guy to ruin a great time.
