I got delivery of saag and shahi paneer from this restaurant. Food is cheap but pathetic. Undercooked saag and paneer, and bo cream in the shahi paneer. Cheap food, has its quality issues.

If I could give this place zero stars, I absolutely would. The bathroom alone was enough to ruin the entire experience. The walls were covered in grease, the light switch was filthy, and the toilet had skid marks that looked like they had been there for days. To make matters worse, the soap dispenser was empty, there was no toilet paper anywhere in the entire restaurant, and the paper towel dispenser was also empty. This was the only bathroom available, which is absolutely unacceptable.
It doesn’t stop there—the kitchen is right next to this disgusting bathroom, and what I saw was just as horrifying. Open spice packets were scattered everywhere, trash was all over the floor, and the whole area looked completely unsanitary. If this is what’s visible to customers, I can only imagine what’s going on behind the scenes.
Overall, this was one of the dirtiest, most unhygienic restaurants I have ever stepped foot in. I had to leave immediately would never recommend this place to anyone. Health inspectors need to visit immediately.

Hopefully Gordon Ramsay hears about this place and can help - I felt like I was in an episode of Kitchen Nightmares. We came with our whole family for an evening reservation. There was only one waiter who seemed totally overwhelmed. Multiple tables from prior customers had old half even food that were not clean/bussed. We waited over a hour and half at which point the waiter came out and said he lost our ticket and needed us to repeat a new order. We waited so long, my wife had to take our kids home for bedtime. We took our order to go at that point and this still took more time. At home we found the food to be oily, poorly seasoned, bland. Probably my worst Indian dining experience in the Roseville area. Help Gordon.

We absolutely love Unique Indian Cuisine! Our family goes here all the time, and it has become our go-to spot. The customer service is truly amazing—warm, attentive, and always making us feel at home. The food is exceptional, especially the choley bhature and kulche, which we crave regularly. At this point, we don’t even bother looking at the menu anymore because we know exactly what we want every time.
What makes this place stand out even more is how much care they put into the dining experience. They always pay special attention to our kids, go above and beyond to help, and are constantly asking for feedback to make sure we’re happy. It’s rare to find a restaurant that treats its guests like family, and we wish more places operated with the same heart and dedication.
Highly recommend Unique Indian Cuisine—you’ll want to keep coming back just like we do!

the food here is not worth the money at all, the paneer gravy was very bitter. I ordered thali and malai kofta. all the curry dishes were cooked in the same gravy that was basically bitter tomato paste (just like the one in the tin can) with no spices and masalas. the naan was good but the curries were abysmal.

I went to this restaurant with a group of friends. The food was so good. Tandoori chicken came out still sizzling (so good!) the Mango lasi drink was my absolute favorite!
The service was so good. They were very attentive and were willing to adjust spiciness to our liking.
Overall great experience!!

Absolutely the best Amritsari kulcha I’ve had in the US - crispy, buttery, and perfectly spiced. Easily beats the ones in Surrey. I ordered the chole separately, and they were just as impressive - rich, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. A must-visit for anyone craving authentic Punjabi flavors!
