First time trying Vitality. A family member asked for a smoothie after a medical procedure at a nearby hospital. I was greeted very politely walking in. Another team member was very polite as she handed me the smoothies. The smoothies were VERY good. The pricing seems steep, but that’s true everywhere now. Dining area could have used some cleaning. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back!

I used to come all the time but it seems that whenever the owner isn’t working that the younger employees don’t care as much, the açaí was so frozen it hurt my teeth and they just threw the fruity all around. None the less , what used to be standard is now MID. I’ll give my business to nugget and Nektar..

No one spoke to us or offered us options when I asked about protein. When staff disappeared to make our orders, leaving us alone, a deeper review of the busy and confusing menu noted options for adding supplements. Staff could have suggested several options. I'm not compelled to return. It felt like we were a bother to them for entering the store and asking questions.

I love vitality bowls! It’s one of my favorite places to get açaí bowls in the Sacramento area. I really love that they have gluten free granola as an option. Big variety of bowls and also option to create your own. So yummy!

Ordered a dragonfruit bowl. I cant complain about the flavor, but the very small portions of topping was unacceptable considering the price. I was excited to try it while on a business trip and I was disappointed. I will definitely take my business back to Nekter.
Found a nasty huge bug in my açaí bowl when I came here. Workers were very nonchalant about this and offered another bowl but no apologies whatsoever. Will never be back.

One of the girls or more at this location are tampering with the drinks and foods. I ordered twice from this place and both times have found objects in my smoothies and plastic smells and hard pieces in the bowls. Buyer beware you have been warned there is either very malicious and disgusting acts being committed to their produce or their produce is just contaminated and unsanitary and the area where orders are prepped is filthy and soiled. Either way it’s no good.

went in to order, and i was the only customer in the building. no issues with ordering, the girl who took my order was pleasant. however, as im sitting waiting for my order, an elderly man who was going back and forth bringing stuff into the shop from a truck parked in the handicapped spot right outside walked in with some lettuce, and stared at me as if i was in his way preventing him from walking to the back. again, i was the only person in the building and was sitting at a table. there was plenty of room for him to walk past me or to walk around me/ around the table. in the moment i said “oh im sorry” and scooted my chair even closer to the table, and at that point he completely ignored me and walked past. im not sure if this is someone who regularly works there but its common courtesy to not ignore someone when they go out of their way to not be in the way, a small head nod or “no problem” would have gone a long way.

I always order here. I went there order matcha madness and they bring out my smoothie with a straw already in the drink they never did that. But why they bring out your smoothie with a straw already in it. They are very unprofessional and they hire teenagers and they don’t know what they’re doing and I asked one lady to bring back my money and she looked at me she said she has to call the manager for my money back and she is very unprofessional very rude. I was about to ready to cuss that lady out but I keep my cool.. you guys have to be careful this place they might spit in your drink you never know because you cannot see what they put in your stuff they hide from in the back there they don’t do it right in front of you. You have to be careful all customer have to be careful. This place is very nasty. They say it’s all natural but you don’t know what kind of ingredient they put in your stuff so you have to be careful whatever they put in your stuff they’re not even real stuff they put in fake ingredients . That’s why they always make drinks in the back there they hide in the back there making your drink. The worst place I ever been. Customer service is the worst. They are very immature. They laugh at you and and like it’s nothing that place need to close down. It’s not even real it’s all fake ingredients. ???
