Went to the drive tru to order there system was so called up dating so I couldn’t order and I asked for a ice water at least and they said no sorry to burst your bubble

Nature of Review: Frustrated and Constructive Feedback

I arrived at this location expecting the dining area to open at the posted time of 6:00 a.m., only to find it still closed at 6:20 a.m. If the restaurant cannot adhere to the hours displayed on its signage, it creates frustration and inconvenience for customers like me who plan their morning around your stated schedule.

If staffing shortages or other issues prevent you from opening on time, I strongly recommend updating your posted hours to reflect reality. It's better to set realistic expectations than to disappoint your customers. Timeliness and reliability are key aspects of good service, even for a fast-food establishment. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works to address the problem.

The Future Is Cheap Now

Best Wendy's I've ever eaten at. Great employees, super clean, everything stocked and delicious. Incredible service. Pro tip you can substitute chili for fries! I learned that here and I eat at Wendy's often.

Walked in. No line. Not one at the counter. The woman filling orders for the drive thru looked at me and made some noise that seemed like she was really irritated that I was there. Said nothing to me.
The guy at the drive thru window sees me, looks at her and says something inaudible then finally acknowledged me saying someone will help me in a moment.
Been standing there for almost 5 minutes at this point. All I wanted was fries and a frostie.
A woman, who looked like a manager, walked by, said nothing to me, told the other two to help me. A moment later, the guy finally asks me for my order. I tell him and ask for the restroom code.
The restroom is dark and dingy. Not very clean.
I come out and my very quick and easy order was on the counter. And no one was around. Anyone could have taken it.

Oh. And the fries were cold and did not taste very good.

Got a baconator. It only came with a single patty and had to ask for the second. Took a bite and the bun was stale, cheese was ice cold, meat was room temp at most. Not even sure if it was safe to eat so I threw it out and left. Very disappointing for an $11 burger.

Nothing against the employees at the front, the interior is very clean and they were attentive.

The young guy that was Taking orders around 1:50pm has great customer service skills even when he’s under pressure with it getting busy. Customer service skills are hard to find nowadays in fast food restaurants. He deserves to be recognized for that. Now, to the part I got grossed out about. I went into the bathroom and a young blonde girl with an accent came out of the stall from doing her business, left out of the restroom without washing her hands. I hope she’s not touching food that I ate. Disgusting!!!

Every time I come through the drive-thru here I get a fun fact from the guy at the window with my lunch. I really enjoy that. The food tastes good and it's pretty consistent. I hate that you can't ever get a receipt without going through a huge process but I do think the restaurant's location is easy to get to, places to park around it if you want to eat in your car, and generally decent. I'll keep visiting... for when I just need a good hamburger.

Parking: They have their own parking lot for their building but then there's lots of parking space available in the center of all of the surrounding buildings. Easy to access.
