I just wanted to say that this is easily the cleanest and nicest-looking Wendy's location that I have ever been to. I'm sure this is not my last visit because I have to come here a lot, and there are plenty of other places to compare it to. I have already visited this location twice on this work trip, and both of them were top-notch experiences! The staff members who helped me were very charming and happy to help with my very particular order. Big thanks to Daniel (Danillo?) and Dante. These guys were awesome.

Worst experience ever. Manager failed to upkeep franchise promotion offer to customer. After consulting with other locations I discovered this manager denied a service that has been extended to the consumer in the worst possible way stating their employees are new and don’t know the company policy. Never go here Dave yourself the time. The other locations seem more reasonable than the Wendy’s on Pleasant Grove in Roseville.

I’m sick and tired with this location not only is it always a long wait to get your food (pre ordered by the way and no line) they forgot my drink and I ordered saucy nuggets and I received dry spicy nuggets not their saucy nuggets. Then their fries are always old,cold, and taste off. Do not eat at this location it should be completely restaffed. Wendy’s corporate needs to shut this location down. It’s the worse Wendy’s I ever been too.
