Just letting customers who order through apps know that this wingstop makes your delivery driver fill up your soft drinks. It’s against California state law for anyone without a food handlers permit to touch ANY part of your food. Ask yourself if you’re ok with that when whatever driver you get may have not washed their hands after using the restroom, or is sick, or puts their fingers inside of the cup or drops it on the floor because they don’t care.

I ordered Wingstop through the app and doordash was the delivery service. Our Dasher was over 45 minutes late and the food was cold and he also left half of our order at the store. I contacted this Wingstop directly and the manager I spoke to was incredibly professional and nice and offered to completely remake and resend my order. The manager took accountability when it was doordash fault and I'm incredibly grateful for and impressed by that. Definitely going to be a return customer.

Every time i order from here the food is 15 minutes or more late. The same guy is always working (the one who looks like he's on something) eating and on his phone. This store use to be really good but has gone down hill in the last year.

Hey, I’m a food delivery driver working with DoorDash. I help bring you more sales and customers every day. Today one of your staff members didn’t want to let me use the restroom. I get that you have the right to say no — but honestly, it just feels wrong.

In the end, he did let me in, and I appreciate that — but the way it happened left a bad feeling. Why should I have to beg or feel humiliated just to use a bathroom while working hard to support your business?
