It was ok. Did reservation as "birthday" and server also asked. Waitress leading ua to the table asked if we are celebrating and told her yes. She acknowledged. Yet. The actual server seemed to have no.clue and did nothing. If you weren't going to do something special maybe you shpuldnt have asked.

Great food. Kitchen seemed slammed as the food arrived at different times for our party. Not the waiters fault. Requested a few condiments that never arrived. Love the decor and will definitely be recommend and will be back!

I have been to Zocalo several times and the food and service are always excellent, The person at the front desk was very friendly and confirmed my reservation and seated us immediately. Sean was our server yesterday and took great care of us. He checked in after our food was served to make sure we were enjoying it. I also love the ambience in the restaurant.

We usually have a great experience here but unfortunately not today. Food was late from the time promised (takeout order). When we got home, we discovered that one item was wrong, the ice cream that came with my son's children's meal was tipped over and spilling out of the container so there was melted ice cream all over the bag, and one of the two other entrees was made sloppily and was falling apart. We normally love Zocalos but the service and food quality wasn't up to their usual standard today.

There is inside dining, outside dining, a bar you can dine at, and and more private dining areas of the restaurant. The food was great and service was very friendly and professional. Parking was very difficult, so take some extra time to find a parking spot. Very nice dining and trendy, upbeat, younger crowd.

Just went to the Roseville location with my wife. We were seated quickly because it was NOT busy land then sat there for 15 mins and no one but the viewer came by. He dropped off chips and water and we never saw a server. We left and the hostess that seated us said “have a great night” and we said no one waited on us so we’re leaving. Her response was “oh”….. very disappointed and won’t be back. As a former restaurant manager I understand things happen but this was ridiculous.

Despite a very busy night at the restaurant our party was seated just before our reservation time. There was great service from our main server and their team of servers who helped him bring stuff to the table. We've dined here for years and it's been a while since our last visit due to the lackluster food and service we experienced before. We decided to try it again and I'm happy to share the food quality, presentation and service was back to where we knew it could be.
