The service was attentive and the whole place has a lively atmosphere that makes it fun to sit and relax. It’s a great stop if you’re shopping or walking around the Fountains and want good Mexican food and a solid dining experience. I’d definitely go back.

After having a bad experience at the restaurant next door, we decided to give Zócalo a try, and it was the best decision we could have made.
From the moment we arrived until the time we left, the service was simply exceptional. The wait time was only about 10 minutes before we were seated. Once at our table, we were immediately served water, followed shortly by nachos with two different types of salsa. A few minutes later, Aubrey, the young lady who took care of us, truly made our experience outstanding.
Aubrey was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive. She asked if we had any allergies, explained the menu in detail, and even surprised us with a complimentary appetizer that was absolutely delicious. She kindly took the time to explain what the dish included and made sure everything was to our liking. Our food arrived in less than 20 minutes, everything was fresh, full of flavor, and beautifully presented.
The cochinita tacos had a perfectly balanced blend of flavors; the carnitas tacos had a generous portion of meat, juicy and well prepared. We also ordered the steak bowl, which I highly recommend if you have a big appetite, it’s large, well balanced, and packed with flavor.
Since the portion was quite generous, another staff member came over and asked if we would like to take the rest to go. He personally brought the box and packed it for us, a detail that really reflects the level of service they provide.
Overall, the food was delicious, the service was EXCELLENT, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. Aubrey truly knows how to do her job and how to make guests feel welcome and valued.

The ambiance was beautiful and perfect for the occasion, and the special menu was thoughtfully put together.
