There are obviously many empty seats, but you have to wait for a long time at the door, and the waiters work very hard.
Waiting inside store 5 mins. No server take us to a seat! Worst service ever!

The food at the boiling point is fine, and I’ve been there countless times. But I really want to ask the management of Boiling Point. Your criteria for recruiting front desk employees is that they only need to be able to work? They are outrageous in their admiration for foreigners. When they see foreigners being served with a smile the whole time, they will say thank you guys have a good day when they leave. When meeting a Chinese, they are also reluctant to serve with a black face the whole time. The one in Monterey Park is even more outrageous. The waiter inside is obviously Chinese. Why are you pretending to be a foreigner here? When you speak Chinese to him, he insists on answering you in English. As soon as he hears the English you speak, he knows that it is not abc, and then the service has to ask him before he comes. I ignored you when I asked you. In the end, I gave you a small tip and still had the nerve to ask you. Everyone came to eat happily. What's wrong with you? We are all Chinese, why should you be like this? It's really ridiculous

I don’t know if the staff today were racist or something. They would not accept the coupon for the free soup from their anniversary. So much for celebrating Boiling Point. They would not take the coupon and threatened to call the police on my brother.
I used to come here monthly and often more than that. I will not be visiting again unless they issue him an apology and a refund for not taking his coupon.

The cashier was VERY slow; she did not give customers adequate attention AND the servers rushes customers to hurry up and eat after only twenty minutes of sitting down!

Really delicious soups. Love the flavors, and the sauces that are available. Service is whatever. They're not very friendly and they are kind of slow. Atmosphere is also loud, so def not a place to eat if you're looking for something quiet. Lunch time during weekends is busy, but worth it because it includes a drink!

We used to be fan of this place. two month ago, we came with some friends but they didn’t give us points. We called them, we also went there and signed a reinstate form. However we still haven’t gotten the points. No ideas if it was because they don’t give point to large order. It is so bad.

Staff if terrible here, and place also understaffed 8 party wait list and a lot of open tables uncleaned and unused for 40 mins. Losing a lot of business.

I recently visited this restaurant and was quite disappointed with the service. Upon sitting down, no one informed me that the QR code for ordering was located under the table. It wasn't until a staff member came to take my order that I mentioned I hadn't seen the menu. The service was not friendly at all. I wouldn't recommend this place based on my experience.
Thursday 8/1/24 Dinner at Boiling Point in Rowland Heights. I haven’t been back to this restaurant for a while but I got the craving for their beef hot pot. The soup base was very flavorful which flavored all the ingredients in the hot pot. It has a decent portion for a reasonable price and it hits the spot. Working hard so I got to eat hard.
The service staffs were attentive but not really personable considering their young age. They need more training with social skills. No greeting, no eye contact, no asking if everything is good.
The restaurant has nice decorations.

Nowadays, the attitude is getting more and more rubbish. There is no one inside when I go in. None of the three waiters greet me.
This is the Rowland Heights outlet of Boiling Point. They serve individual sized hot pot with choice of several soup stock and protein choices. They have created soup stocks suitable for beef, seafood, and lamb toppings. There add a variety of ingredients of vegetables and tofus and eggs, etc for each style of soup. There should be one flavor that suits your taste. They provide four condiments to spice up your soup. Serving size is large and you can ask for refill of soup stock and can ask to add rice or vermicelli. Parking during peak time such as weekend evenings can be tough even if there is ground level parking and underground parking. There are some parking at the school athletic park near the east entrance.
Parking: It’s very busy during weekend peaks.
Wheelchair accessibility: It’s on the ground floor

I ordered a Taiwanese Spicy Hot Pot for delivery on Uber. The cabbage roots and mushroom roots in the food that should have been thrown away were all put in the pot for the customers. If the chefs in the kitchen cooked them for you, would you still eat them?
