Place was really busy late on a Sunday night. Interaction with staff is minimal - you scan a QR code at your table to see the menu, order online, and they bring it to you as the kitchen has it ready. Food was good, although not as good as it was when we last visited 2 months ago.

Been struggling to find real authentic Chinese food in Orange County and this is it. Not for the folks who don't eat a lot of Chinese or Szechuan cuisine, it'll be overwhelming to you.. but if you love that - this is a great spot!

Disclaimer. I'm not Chinese, nor am I from Chengdu. This place had a great atmosphere. Everyone except for my group spoke mandarin. It did help that the menu had pictures. We got our usual, mapo tofu and fish soup, and they both tasted great. Mapo tofu was quite porky, but very flavorful. It also had quite a bit of bean-y taste. The fish soup was perfectly spicy, and the beansprout in the soup gave it such a clean taste. It was not fishy at all. Food was priced well. Ordering...
