We waited 10 minutes for the egg waffle, and it came out cold.
When we asked about it, the staff said they cool it with a fan to make it crispy, but in our past visits it was always hot and crispy.
This one was cold and soggy, and the explanation didn’t make sense.
Very disappointing experience. We won’t be back.

This is an excellent alternative to Melo Melo literally it tastes the same but the refrigeration system here works a lot better so it's actually cold and not borderline room temperature like it is at Melo Melo. The only downside is the flavor selection here isn't as great so I hope they have more in the future and the place smells kind of stuffy and funny
I was looking to try mango sago, unfortunately it was still being made and had an hour remaining. I chose the mango coconut jelly and taro coconut jelly as an alternative and absolutely loved it. Will be coming back!
This store automatically sets a 17% tip when paying by card. Those who move quickly might end up unlucky. Truly a “fighter jet” among the trash.

What a cute little dessert shop tucked away in a strip mall in Rowland/Hacienda Heights. The name of this store is regal, it's referring to the Qing Dynasty Emperor, Qian Long lol. They even put out a series of clay dolls resembling the Emperor, his Queen and also his Royal Consort. The one turned facing the other direction remains a mystery, but I'd venture to guess it's either a concubine or Palace Maid. This place is famous for their coconut jelly dessert. This dessert comes in a variety of flavors. I picked the one with mango toppings. Velvelty-smooth in texture and the mango chunks added a nice zing of flavor. They package the coconut jelly dessert in a glass jar and you can reuse it!
