Small shop sandwiched between a pizza and hotpot restaurant. There's minimal signage, so you might miss it. Interior is just an ordering counter. You place your order with the cashier, and they make your order fresh in the back. I got the crispy duck roll. It's absolutely amazing. At the time the large roll was $16. I'm not sure if that price is worth tha value of the room, but if you're in the area and want to try something new, then it's a fantastic option.
The pork crispy roll was delicious. The pork was crispy, flavorful, and the sauce they added on top was amazing. It took about 10 minutes because he made them fresh, and it was worth the wait. The store is really small, but the colors and the decorations are really nice. I would definitely come back here again, and I would recommend to anyone in the area!

This reminds me a little bit of the rolls you'd find in Taipei food markets...got me feeling a little bit nostalgic :') It's definitely a unique food that you normally don't see very often across SGV/626 regions. Don't sleep on it, give this place a try! Very friendly owners as well. We were told that the most popular options was the Spicy Fried Chicken and the Marinated Beef. Both were good!
