Great customer service and hospitality from melo!!

This is my second time at this Chubby Cattle location, but this time we ended up ordering from the gold menu. We were able to secure a reservation and even though it was for a later time, we were able to get seated earlier.

Our server who helped us out was Kenzie. Super friendly, welcoming, and helpful. She helped us cook the top tier meats and helped with our scallops, adjusting the grill, and checking in on us from time to time. Her hospitality and overall enthusiasm helped make the dinner a great experience.

I think the first time I came (about a year ago), food quality was pretty good. The meat quality seems to have subsided but their special items (special meats and sushi) did stand out. I felt like the meats that we could only order one of each of were the stars.

Did appreciate that they have an unlimited drink bar, sauce bar, side dishes, desserts, and curry/wagyu sliders but if you come near closing, better get these items quickly because they run out. Luckily I got an egg tart before they ran out - a little bit too sweet, but it was really good!

Will be back in the near future! But it’s definitely a heavy meal.

Brandon was an amazing server and we had a great time! He’s super humorous and made sure we had an amazing time throughout our dinner! Made us laugh so many times and cracking jokes. We love it 😊
