The food is delicious, the staff is polite and helpful, and the atmosphere of the venue is excellent.
I want to complain about the service. I had lunch. There were obviously not many people in the restaurant. In order to save a few steps, the waiter lined up 5 tables of guests one after another. Just like the canteen, the remaining two-thirds of the restaurant's seats were occupied. All empty. This kind of service hopes that everyone will have a good attitude. After eating a bowl of noodles and leaving, I had the nerve to mark an 18% tip.

Our recent dining experience at DunHuan was extremely disappointing horrible.
Upon arrival, a server pointed us in a far direction to our seating. There were only two vacant tables so we chose the only table set with utensils and four water glasses, but were later told that it was not our table. Eventually, we were seated at a smaller table with only three chairs (while we have a party of 4) and no utensils at all on the table which the server reluctantly provided after we questioned her.
After placing our order online, we received incorrect dishes. When we pointed out the mistake, she insisted it was what we ordered. We had to show her our phone to prove our order, after which she took the wrong dishes away without apologizing.
To our surprise, the server had given us small plastic utensils meant for takeout instead of proper ceramic ones for our big bow of beef noodle soup. When we asked for ceramic spoons, she told us they had run out because the dirty ones hadn't been washed yet. Unbelievable response.
When we finished our meal and requested the bill, the server charged our credit card for the wrong table's bill and didn't realize it until we asked for a receipt.
Resolving this issue took considerable time, and a receipt for the refund couldn't be provided. They claimed it was due to system issues, though we believe it was because the servers were unfamiliar with the system.
When we asked to speak with a manager, we were informed that none was available, and were told that we don’t need to ask for a manger for such small issues. We received no apology for any of their mistakes and inconvenience they caused.
Lastly, when we expressed concern again about the disposable utensils, the server immediately suggested we should leave a negative review online to highlight all the issues so their management can be aware of our complaints. The whole dining experience is absolutely a joke. We definitely will never return to DunHuan again.

Came to Dun Huang for our birthday dinner as per my sister's recommendations. Their menu is quite extensive and we opted to order several dishes to eat family style; love the convenience of ordering through the app; which allows all members of your party to add their desired dishes. All the dishes were well seasoned and very delicious. My favorite dishes were the whole fish and the cucumber appetizer. Will definitely be coming back to try their other dishes.

One of our new favorite chinese restaurants! Very clean and elegant decor but not overly classy that made you feel the need to dress up for the occasion. But I mean you can if you want and rent out the private room in the middle to host a big family gathering. I'm just here for the food.
The cold pickled cucumbers is a must have to start the meal and built healthy appetite. I really enjoyed the cold noodle dish we had the first time which is a savory sweet spice dish which was great for a hot summer day. Another great dish I really enjoyed was the mapo tofu which may seem like a basic chinese move to get, but I really enjoy the well balanced numbing spice of the dish with the gentle sweet heat that it provided.
It's not too crowded most of the time because there's just so many food options in this plaza but I would say this is sort of a hidden gem of the plaza. Btw it's a chinese restaurant so you'll have to flag down staff if you want some attention since they'll likely leave you alone to enjoy your meal most of the time.

So many reasons that find me coming back to this amazing restaurant.
The service, always amazing. The staff are very attentive, and very friendly.
The food, is always on point, and you get a lot for what you paying.
The flavor are always amazing, from the skewkers, to the soup noodles, to the appetizers, to the dessert. Ive never left found wanting. The choice for noodles thickness is definitely a key factor, being able to choose the noodle that fits your need at the time is key!
One place that I been back so many times I lost count, and still excited for the next trip back. I can wholeheartedly suggest this restaurant

Can’t speak for the BBQ items like the skewers, but they do make a solid good braised beef noodle soup here.
Noodles are freshly made and served with tender, decent quality beef. Broth is perfect, not overly seasoned.
I would return again just for the braised beef noodle soup. Don’t sleep on them.

Restaurantji Recommends
I am already a regular customer here, but there is a waitress in this store who has a very bad attitude. This time I couldn't bear it and I just made it known. My family said not to go there again.
I came in around 5pm for an early dinner with the fam and I was very impressed with the quality and service of this restaurant. This restaurant probably has the cleanest tasting beef noodle soup with freshly made noodles I have ever had. The whole fish was plentiful with meat, flavor and veggies. The big plate of chicken was hearty without feeling heavy. The pickled cucumbers was refreshing and was a pretty cool cut. The lamb skewers were solid and the eggplant appetizer was very tasty. The rou jia mo was good, but not as good as the other main dishes. I also appreciate they give you thumbs up recommendations for the items on the menu and so far they have been good recommendations. I will return next time for more tasty dishes.
Parking: Parking on Friday evening before 6pm is easy, after that good luck dawg.

Same as the Rowland Location. The food comes out fast and guests order via QR code. Noodles come out very springy. Lamb skewers and shredded potato are a must try!
Kid-friendliness: My kids love the noodles, especially the radish that comes with the noodle soup.
