Started off by asking what wine choices did they have..cause they don’t have a wine menu. The waiter or manager said for me to follow him and showed me their wine collection asking me to buy it by the bottle. And asked him again if they had wine by the glass. He finally brought me two glasses not even know what kind of wine it was. Then when we tried to order, it took them over 30 min to take our order and I had prepared what I wanted before from their website and the waiter said they don’t have it. And then the Peking duck I asked for said it would take an hour. I asked for the check and they gave a me a 30.00 bill for two glasses of wine that they didn’t even tell me what it was. By far the most horrible experience at any restaurant in Orange County. Never again!!

Food is to be expected from a typical dim sum place only downside is you order off a menu as opposed to traditional dim sum where ladies push around carts and if you see something you like you order it from them/the cart. Ordering from the menu takes away the whole dim sum experience/vibe and that's why I'm not exactly feeling this place.There's better dim sum places. It is the SGV afterall.

If I can give them "zero" stars, that's what they deserve!I called yesterday to order roast duck, and we picked it up at the store half an hour later. It was already wrapped when we went to pick it up, so we were quite happy - the service was great. When I got home and opened it, I saw that the duck had been cooked at least a few days ago, and it smelled like it had been stored for a long time. It is recommended that if you must order their takeout, you must open it and take a look at it, otherwise you will spend money and make you angry.

Happy Harbor Restaurant has a cozy atmosphere that makes dining there a pleasure. The place looks nice, perfect for celebrations. I tried their truffle pork siu mai, soy sauce chicken, black bean fish filet, walnut shrimp, bbq pork bun, egg tart--all were incredibly delicious. The truffle pork siu mai was a unique twist on a classic dim sum dish and I really loved it, while the soy sauce chicken was tender and flavorful. The fish filet in black bean sauce had the perfect balance of savory flavors, and the walnut shrimp was crunchy and satisfying. To finish off the meal, the egg tart was the perfect sweet treat. Highly recommend trying their dishes for a delightful dining experience!

If you're craving authentic cuisine this place is your spot. We came in and got a bit of everything. My two favorites were the Taiwanese calamari and seafood noodles! & Service was great! We will be coming back for lunch to try the dim sum as well!
Always amazing. The service is on point but the servers are rude. We had the best lunch and totally blew our diets. We had almost one of everything. Always make sure your get the XO sauce and pay extra for another chili plate. Just make sure they give you more chili than mustard. That's a Rio if you ask me. The food is amazing but the staff isn't nice and they are super stingy with the sauces.

Solid dim sum place. We came here after the other place didn't accept our credit card. Their service was fast, the food was solid. I really liked their custard bun, and I really enjoyed the truffle shu mai! This place doesn't have any carts though, but it was fine cuz the stuff came out quick and hot and the price was very affordable!

Came here for New Year's Eve dinner. The waiter was very sweet and full of auspicious words. The squab was fried a bit too old. One duck and two are great, and the duck floss is delicious. Crab meat soup is delicious. The steamed turbot was fresh and the meat was tender. The shrimp balls are average and the mutton burger is average.
