First time here and impressed with the taste of the food and care from the staff. The lomo saltado was super flavorful and the chicken katsu with pesto pasta was delicious. I loved how attentive and personal the staff was from offering suggestions to checking in on how our meal was progressing. Their in house fresh drinks were also amazingly tasty, whether it was the purple corn or passion fruit drink. Seating was comfortable with nice interior and parking was readily available...
The restaurant certainly has changed format. Now it's more of a sit-down restaurant than a "fast casual" style. The sushi has been removed but more Peruvian dishes have been added. Overall I enjoyed the seafood they've added and the aji roja is great.
