I finally tried MIAN in Rowland Heights and it totally lived up to the hype! The flavors are bold and authentic — just like what you’d find in Chengdu. The spicy numbing broth was incredible, and the handmade noodles had the perfect chewy texture. Service was quick and friendly too. Definitely my new go-to spot for Sichuan noodles！
