Our family literally buys their Scallion Buns, Pumpkin Steam Buns and Fish Chive Dumplings in bulks and hibernate. If you do the same and bring them home to steam, I would recommend you thaw what you will eat and steam with a steamer. When steaming, wrap the cap with a large fabric, tying the ends at the top of the cap. This way the steam distributes evenly with no water burns on the buns! This is a review ONLY for the pork bao. It's cheap, it's delicious, it's suuupper juice and flavorful! I got one to eat while waiting for my food from little shanghai and it made the wait bearable. It's cash only and pretty cheap. I don't know if I'd order dumplings from here though because the soup dumplings from little Shanghai are so good!

So much more authentic than din tai dung and about 1/10th the price. I bought 50 vegetable dumplings and organic cabbage and pork dumplings for $20. These two ladies were so incredibly nice and friendly! They went above and beyond and stored our dumplings in the freezer while we ate our dinner. I definitely recommend this place.
