Ordered the hamburg steak with corn soup, omurice with corn soup, and a scoop of potato salad.Pros:- You get so much food for the price you pay- Great service despite being busy- The shrimp tempura is massive (lots of meat and not just breading)- Salad dressing is deliciousCon:- They use Styrofoam for their takeaway boxes

I’m very picky with how I like my tonkatsu fried, and Midoh does it perfectly every time. The tonkatsu is not too thin, not too greasy, just the right amount of panko, and not overcooked. Just like how they make it in Japan. The corn soup is also delicious. This place is a must visit any time I’m in town.

Service is attentive and quick. The menus have lots of pictures which are helpful to illustrate what it is. Came here with my mother in law who doesn't know a lot of English. The pictures in the menu easily provide ideas of what to expect and what to order. This is not a very big restaurant, so this is a place to eat and leave a sort of vibe. This restaurant also sells cake, you can pre order cakes such as Raspberry cheesecake or Chocolate mousse cake for $40. The food and portions are just right.

I have eaten at their Sawtelle location and enjoyed their food and service. This was my first visit to this location and I was not disappointed. My buddy and I were greeted with a smile and seated quickly. Our food was well prepared and was served hot. The Tonkatsu was very crispy and remained crispy to the last bit. Our entree was served with Miso Soup, Cabbage Salad, Potato Salad and Rice. I ordered the Pork Loin Tonkatsu and my buddy the Shrimp and Pork Tonkatsu Combo. We were both satisfied with our selection. Service was very good and attentive. Will not hesitate to dine here again.
